I truly believe the reason Kingsnake has made such great progress is because, not only is he dedicated to PE, he is also extremely vigilant and dedicated to his physical health as well.

I would also like to read on Kingsnake's threads after 10-11 years of PE which he managed.
If anyone wants to pm me with where he posts these days it would be great.
It is really important for us early PE practitioners to know what happened to some of these veterans gainwhise because we can learn what to do early on our PE journey and what not to do. I for one find it incredible that KS hasn't REALLY changed his stats since 2011- or maybe 2012 but from what I read he was over 9,5" bpel back then...so maybe we really shouldn't hang weights early on if we want 2" + length gains and such.
If anyone knows of someone who did PE and grew more than 2" in length please tell. All I know is westsidetony

Count me in too. I've posted in another thread that we should build up a thread in which success stories and gains of the members who gained the most, should be listed and linked to their threads and routines. I think everybody would love that and it would motivate a lot of new people
