Kegels, reverse kegels? My butt hurts.. please help

lol at the title.

Guys,

I got 2 problems I need a bit of help with.

I remember when I started looking into ways to get a stronger boner, (i would get an erection and then it would die after awhile, id start foreplay fine and then it would die by sex time) so i started doing kegels, or basically squeeze my muscle where my scrotum would tense. I did this for exercises.


Then I read that either kegels or reverse kegels ar bad for you or if you do them in a certain way they are bad.

So I tried doing some kegels, and I noticed when I get a boner and squeeze a bit to get more blood into me, my butt hole kinda hurts. Where I had piles.

Is there anyway to strengthen this, I think in chinese medicine the anus hole strength and sexual ability mix together.

Unfortunately the only way to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles is through kegels. A lot of people complain in the beginning about rectal pain but it soon will fade. Stick with it and you will get it.
 
I do them constantly, always squeezing, sometimes wake up squeezing. AFter a while you will do them constantly without even thinking about it.
