Kegels and edging really important for penile health.

I could not do this as hard as I can do it now, compered to when I started penis enlargement. Kegels and edging is really important for penile health and cementing gains.

If I don't Kegel, edging and masturbate (from time to time/often) my erection quality will not be the best. Not a full erection after a day of stress, but after some Kegel and edging and masturbation (lastly ejaculation) and my erection quality is at it's best, and I will max out my BPEL. I need to use it, to keep it at it's full potential. NoFap would never work for me.

No fap was always my goal but never could make it past a week. I am glad we are on agreement together ❤️
 
I don’t know. I think everyone is different. I don’t edge or fap. I do believe kegals are the key. I’ve been doing them for years and my eq has never suffered. I’m 55 years old and I still get hard like I’m 25.

Okey.
This is mainly not about EQ.
But mostly about the ability to gaining length and size fast, and the ability to use your full new size optimally.
