Just my experience thoughts on the silisleeve/cap products..

I’m not sure if I should post this here or in customer care support if it needs to be moved thats fine.. but I just thought this needs to be mentioned. I had ordered some silisleeves silicaps and silirings and got them about 2weeks ago on the 13th now. Now I must mention this as I have gotten replacement, silicaps since then and now waiting on replacement silisleeves at the moment..

The first silicap split in like three uses. The replacement one is ruined after the first time using it stretching for about 4 to 6 hours in the silistrecher with vacuum bell attachment..

Just right after I got my replacement for silicaps a few days later the silisleeves on its way out already!!! it’s completely lost pretty much all elasticities and has gotta a couple holes.. can’t have a good stretching session if you have nothing to keep you elongated after the fact..

and now the larger silirings are gonna be soon at the point of being stretched too much that after a girth session it won’t keep you good and plump enough to reap the benefits the way we should.

I’m not sure what’s going on but i can only assume that these things are not being manufactured by the same company they were years ago because these products lasted much much longer than what they are now! And this isn’t the first time the beginning of the year I had gotten some and I noticed they weren’t lasting.. and just a bit too expensive to replace every two weeks depending on how much you train. these are very vital aspects to our training regiment, and without them some devices don’t/cant work properly…

I appreciate the customer service as it’s always aces, but something needs to be looked in to alternative places to manufacture these..

They have not changed since we started using them. So i'm not sure what you're going through exactly, but I do have advice. For most people, they get holes because their fingernails are not clipped. If that's not the problem, let me know. Then, I'll have them send you out.We're replacements.

I appreciate the replacements big time!!! I really do.. and my fingernails are some of the best kept. haha.. the holes are occurring i feel because the product seems to be a bit thinner than what they used to be a few years ago.. i could always be wrong as well.. and i have put on girth im at about 5 1/2 but wouldn’t think it should matter all that much! I get the silisleeves in 1inch, 7/8 seen to small.. i did mention this quite some many months back on here somewhere as they weren’t lasting long at all under normal use.. the holes seem to be a result of it being stretched around the vacuum bell cap. But Here’s a photo of what happened to the second silicap under like I said about 4 to 6 hours stretching! it was completely Neil blinded.. it’s weird. Idk, I still have a blue silicap from years ago that I just recently cut the tip of it off and i folded it in half to use as a ball stretcher (works great) because it was just about time for it, but that one lasted so long and seemed to be just a bit different.

Well like i said i did get a replacement on the silicap already and she added two extra one as well, but one of those is that picture above. I have other on standby and will begin using it in a day or so and will see how it holds up.. she also is sending me replacement silisleeves.. the only thing I didn’t mention on replacements were on the silirings..

I've seen newer batches feel softer, so they wear faster; handling them gently, avoiding sharp nails, and storing them away from heat helps them last longer.
