Bro's.. I have made a strange observation. The reverse kegel has had a major impact on my gains. Before learning to relax down there, nothing changed. Pull and pull, jelq away for 3 months...NADA.... After reading about DLD Blasters and applying that reverse on EVERYTHING, the game changed. Over the course of a year and some change, I gained around 2 inches in length. While wrapping my mind around the why's and how's, I started to notice that in my everyday life, I was almost always holding a kegel. If I was walking, I was squeezing, if I was bending, I was squeezing. Even just sitting in a chair, I was squeezing. Seems like every minute of the day...Squeezing. It has taken me a long time to focus on letting go down there. I have to be conscious of it at all times, or I go back to the squeeze. I really think that learning to relax and letting go of the squeeze has been one of the key components to my gains..Wondering if anyone else has had this same experience?

Would love to see an illustration one day on exactly how this process works inside us, that is the reverse kegel, how it enables the suspensory ligament more free reign to become further elongated.
 
When you stretch you always want to use the DLD blaster method using the reverse Kegel. When you do a reverse Kegel while you’re stretching your pelvic floor muscles are circumvented and cannot hold back the stretch allowing you to get pure ligament and shaft stretching with no interference or pull back from the muscles. Every stretch should be done using a reverse Kegels for the reason above. You will see length come so much faster!

It's crazy for me. I have been applying that light squeeze my whole life I think..my ADD has me constantly forgetting, to remember, to let go..lol. Its been hard to re-train myself. Even when working out, like lat pull downs. I unclench and feel the opposite muscle groups being targeted..its kind of been a game changer for me. What are the effects of a life time of constantly restricting the blood flow to your wang...wonder if people that dont have this un- natural squeeze reflex are naturally bigger down there..all I know is since being uber aware of this, my flacids getting way bigger and my gains skyrocketed...
