Bro's.. I have made a strange observation. The reverse kegel has had a major impact on my gains. Before learning to relax down there, nothing changed. Pull and pull, jelq away for 3 months...NADA.... After reading about DLD Blasters and applying that reverse on EVERYTHING, the game changed. Over the course of a year and some change, I gained around 2 inches in length. While wrapping my mind around the why's and how's, I started to notice that in my everyday life, I was almost always holding a kegel. If I was walking, I was squeezing, if I was bending, I was squeezing. Even just sitting in a chair, I was squeezing. Seems like every minute of the day...Squeezing. It has taken me a long time to focus on letting go down there. I have to be conscious of it at all times, or I go back to the squeeze. I really think that learning to relax and letting go of the squeeze has been one of the key components to my gains..Wondering if anyone else has had this same experience?
