Congrats. I would recommend that you keep doing it for 30 mins but increase the intensity. Do it in different positions especially those that make you cum quickly. For me that's missionary and doggy.

Try banging away at it as hard as you can and record how long it takes until you feel like you are going to cum but don't let yourself cum. Try to beat that time every day.
