I joined the site today and got the username and password within an hour or so. I haven't done any of the exercises as of yet but there are a-lot of fucking exercises on there. If you haven't joined already, make the investment because I can already tell that it's worth the 60 bucks.

Awesome for you! It is really a necessity for successful manual exercise. It is so hard to explain this in text, when we use video it teaches so much better and there are quite a lot of videos. Please ask any questions and I wish you the happiest of results.

If you haven't made all of the needed gains yet, I would like to inform you that there is a device called the length master. It's a length gaining device. You need to buy that device from the MOS shop.
