Hi guys, finally got some time to upload my progress, routines and some things I've noticed over the last 6 months of PE which I feel have impacted my routine drastically.
So I've been on here as a non member browsing for just under a year and I've been a member for I think just over 3 months now. In the past I have dabbled with a few penis pumps and manual stretches but never as a routine, just something to pack a bit of extra length and girth when going to meet women.
My erect length started off at around 6.4 or 6.5 which at the time I felt wasn't too bad. I never measerued my fg or eg at the start but after first measurements they came up as eg: 5 fg: 4.1. I also never measured bone pressed stretched when flaccid. I want to ideally get to 9x6 because I will feel very comfortable then and because I know it will be hard work to reach but it is certainly possible to gain 2.5inches from what I have seen and witnessed.
My first time through the newbie routine I completed the full 3 months, however I had a few days off here and there and I also actually took 2 or 3 seperate weeks off due to personal stuff going on so it was pretty on and off for this routine so I new I may as well complete it again. Pumping was also a part of my girth routine 2-3 times a week. My kegels at this point were very lazy and I kind of only did them every now and again and never actually gave them a proper work out. If I did do a full kegel workout it would have been one time a week or less. I would also like to point out that I lacked a lot of bundled stretches, sometimes even some manual stretches and this combined with my lack of kegel exercises definitely impacted my gains.
So I'm not sure how much I gained from my first routine probably about a quarter to a third of an inch In erect length but almost a whole inch in flaccid with a small amount of flaccid and erect girth. Flaccid length at this point was very dependent on pumping due to not having andads or traction device at this point. So took a holiday break then started again on the newbie routine. Adding in some forms of srt including light pumping, ads/traction device and erect stretches.
About half way through the routine I managed to get my erect length up to 7" so I went ahead and brought the bathmate hydroxtreme 9 now that I was 7 inches erect I could make some good gains from the bathmate this size. I've been using the bathmate for almost 2 months now and the initial flaccid and girth results I have seen are incredible. I added this to my routine and started seeing some good gains but none erect. My erection quality had suffered quite a bit from the fatigue of my training and the size I had gained whilst flaccid.
Did some pretty heavy research and for the past 3 weeks I have been doing serious kegel exercises every single day whenever I can. Making sure I get at least get one full routine in the morning and night then doing kegels throughout the day when possible. This combined with erect stretches at least 3 times a week and some kegel squeezes/cock ring kegels and my erection size has increased dramatically. My erections already feel so much better and my erect length has started to show.
I have measured 4 times the last 3 days and I'm current sat at an erect length of 7.35, which has after all this time finally made me feel like the hard work will pay off. Even now during a bathmate session I can almost reach the 8inch mark during a good pumping session.
Starting EL: 6 4"/6.5"
Current EL: 7.35"
