Journey to 8NBPEL and beyond

Hey guys finally am settled into a routine and wanted to see what you guys thought of it. Currently 7 1/4 BPEL and 6 1/2 NBPEL. 1st goal is 8BPEL but really am looking towards the 8inNBPEL You guys helped me get started so all the help is appreciated

Wake up do 200 kegels
5 minutes bundled stretches in LM
25 minutes stretches in all direction
5 minutes fully erect stretching
After that i put on silisleeve with a weighted cap for the day. I only take it off for bathroom breaks usually 14 hrs healed state

After removing cap i do 3 minute clamping sessions with 3 minute edging in between
I put a ring on to stay engorged for a hr
I put on silistretcher and go to sleep and repeat

I have great EQ with this routine and have seen growth just waiting to measure
I feel like im not doing enough in girth part what do you think?

That's a good morning workout!
Down by the line you could add more kegels if possible. I would suggest varying the kegel routine, one day do stronger long holds, other day short less intense holds and so on.

Weighted cap sounds interesting! Sounds like a good amount of healing time while elongated.

I personally might do 5-15 minutes of constrictor / clamping work. Cock ring after the workout, great!
Pretty great if you can sleep with the Silistretcher on, that could speed up the gains a lot.

Don't be afraid if your EQ goes down a bit. Intense workouts can usually bring it down a notch, it's part of the growing process from my point of view.

Thats a tasty morning workout. You seem to have all bases covered. The girth part will settle itself, concentrate more on length, you will still gain some girth. Once your happy with the length, add in more girth.

you got fabulous advice already the only thing I’d like to add is on the girl side of things you may think about using the 5×5×3 routine in the SRT. This is the premier work out for anyone that wants to get his big as they can as quickly as possible
 
For gaining length primarily 1st would I be better off doing length at night also? Or should I keep doing girth at night ?

That depends from person to person. For me I did my length in the morning and I did my girth at night for the most part. I did length in the a.m. because I was too tired to concentrate to get girth to work him, length work takes no focus. I would do my girls work at night right before I had sex so I was at my thickest. ?
 
I guess what I'm asking is two length routines and no girth. Or should it be 1 of each

Oh my goodness yes! You can do 10 length workouts today. The only limit there is on stretching The only limit there is on stretching is time. If you could stretch all day 24 hours a day you would make gains that much faster.

Yes I can. Let me ask you a few questions before I get started. How big are you now and how big do you want to become. Are you more interested in length or girth or both? How much time do you have every day to invest in a routine? Do you own any tools or equipment? Let me know the answers to these questions and I can work with you to put something awesome together

Currently have been clamping 10 minutes then pumping 20 minutes followed by 30 minutes streching and 10 minutes erect stretching. Then put on duro ring for 10 minutes

please send a picture of your cracked cracked SS to sales@mattersofsize.com and They will set you up with a new bell. Most of what you’re doing right now is girth work so I would move into a more length oriented workout. I would even ask if you would like to go for one first and then tackle the other later? Let me know what you get back from sales. In the meantime I’ll put a loose routine together for you.

That is so awesome that you made your own LM I would love to see a picture of it. Yes please get that picture over to sales so they can replace that for you. two hours a day is a great deal of time so I’m happy about that. What I suggest you do now before you get your SS is going through the newbie routine stretches using your LM. I would also include erect stretches three times a week for 10 minutes. Do not forget to do the testicle health massage and stretch as this will really help cement growth and accelerate new gains. Both of these are found in the newbie routine. Once you get your SS we will make some adjustments.

That is not necessary. Do you want to wear it after a long session for maybe 2 to 3 hours.
