Hey guys finally am settled into a routine and wanted to see what you guys thought of it. Currently 7 1/4 BPEL and 6 1/2 NBPEL. 1st goal is 8BPEL but really am looking towards the 8inNBPEL You guys helped me get started so all the help is appreciated
Wake up do 200 kegels
5 minutes bundled stretches in LM
25 minutes stretches in all direction
5 minutes fully erect stretching
After that i put on silisleeve with a weighted cap for the day. I only take it off for bathroom breaks usually 14 hrs healed state
After removing cap i do 3 minute clamping sessions with 3 minute edging in between
I put a ring on to stay engorged for a hr
I put on silistretcher and go to sleep and repeat
I have great EQ with this routine and have seen growth just waiting to measure
I feel like im not doing enough in girth part what do you think?
