Hello DLD. Im from Portugal, Im about 13.5 cm erect lenght and i only have a Hydromax 7 Xtreme. I had an Hercules, wich i sold past 2 weaks ago. I gain 2.5cm (one inch) with the Bathmate Hercules only using it for 6 month, dailly using.

I got some interest in Phallosan Forte. I ear good things about this device



My goals are 16cm lenght, I think its a reallistic number , and im a newbie to PE.

yes your goals are attainable with some good work. I highly recommend the SiliStretcher over the Phallosan, It’s Much less expensive and you get so much more with the kit including a lifetime warranty. I am glad that you had Hydromax and will put that to good use. How much time can you invest every day?
 
@DLD i saw that device in your store few moments ago, i never heard about it and have Zero feedback also... What i see people saying is that Phallosan is the most comfort device in the market (i think the key for the gains is here, im probably also wrong) but the springs are quite low in terms of traction... The SiliStretcher kit comes in sizes? How that work? Wich of them do i choose?

My interest in Phallosan come because people say that they can sleep with it, wich is a great deal for me (for all of us probably)...

I think i can spend some time, but i dont know how long, i need to know what i need to do... +- 24 hours with something attached to my penis? 12 hours? Doing what? I study in College and i also work in a cofee shop in weekends. So give me an notion before i can give you an answer.

Quick Update - Today i measured myself again (didn't do it since i bought my new Hydromax 7 Xtreme) , and i gained 0.2cm Erect Length and 0.5cm in Erect Girth (12cm now), quite good i think for a space of 2 weeks, they should be all like this =D .

@DLD i think im going to order the Stealth-Stretcher pack. Any advice how to make a week routine with my Hydromax7 Xtreme?

heck yeah! You’re going to be able to do an awesome version of SRT. Once you get your equipment let me know and I will put together a routine that follows the methodology of SRT bringing you growth at the fastest possible speed.

That is great so we can start right away. How much time do you have each day to invest in a routine? Do you have the privacy? What are your goals and where are you now? Are you more concerned with length over girth or are you looking for both?

@DLD i'm 24/24 all Day, 7 times per week avaiable (but considering that i'm working on a Cofee Shop at the weekend) . 100% focus. (Just no interest in hanging)

I'm 13.7 cm length erect, and 12 cm girth erect right now. I'm searching for improvement in both ways.

For me in this moment, my goals are the sky. Just fill me with your wisdom and let me dream Sir.

Do you move a lot when you’re working? Do you have a uniform you need to wear or can you wear whatever you desire?
 
If I knew before you ordered that you were not going to hang I would have advised you to get the SiliStretcher and the Lengthmaster. The SS can be worn 24 hours a day in almost every situation. The SizeDoctor has it’s limits as far as stealth operations go. I will see if you could return your SD and get a SS and a LM instead. This would be more apt to putting a great routine together using the SRT methodology. I have some great ideas for the routine so let me know if you can return and replace. Lightning is very good about these things. I want you to have a routine that will fit in your life.

DLD, im sorry but i didnt order the SD from MOS Shop. I got an incredibly deal from a Store in United Kingdom, that sold me (with a huge discount) a SizeDoctor and a Bell Vacuum Extender with a Leg + Waist wrap for 100Euros (both, shippment included to Portugal). I just bought the SD, because from what i saw in this forum, looks like one of the most comfort and effective device in PE, and i have interest in just using him when im in my house chilling or studying. By the way, i also have Vaseline, Coconut Oil and Baby Powder in my gear.


Quick Update, today i finish a Hydromax 7 Xtreme session + 25 minutes of Basic Jelqing and measure then.

BPEL : 15cm
EL : 13.7cm
EG : 12.5cm (+0.5cm from last measure)

I never saw my penis like today.

Man this Hydromax7 Xtreme in therms of Girths gains.... What a Holy Sacred device. Im tottaly in love with this Bathmate.

No it was not because of not buying hear what I was more concerned with is an ADS that you can use through the day and night without it being detected. The SiliStretcher would be ideal but I can work the SD in instead. So I will create a routine using the BM and the SD. Send me a message at guru.dld@gmail.com

I think that the Bell Vacuum Extender with a Leg + Waist wrap that i have, is kindda similar to SIliStretcher.

You always want to start your training whether it be length or girth by doing five minutes of bundles stretching. Since you have the LM you can do the stretches using the LM. Spend about five minutes to an 1/2 minutes to the left and 2 1/2 minutes to the right. This will be considered a warm up.

Main length routine
Stretches should be done using the LM.
5 minutes of Bundled Stretching

3 Sets of each stretch below
LM Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
LM Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
LM Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

finally at every possible point of the day wear your ADS at a minimal to moderate setting this will help you cement length gains very quickly.

Most importantly please say a prayer for me to Jesus telling him how much I love him.

@DLD Sensei, i'm having some issues with this routine and i also have some questions.

1 - First of all, from all the gear that i have, you make me a routine with a thing don't own (yet, is in my wish list for the future), the Lenght Master. ?

2 - The other issue, is 5 min shower with the Bathmate and alternating with 5 min of jelquing, its really not praticall for me in the morning, my dayli routine consist in take a shower in the morning and go to college.

3 - Other question that i have is, when you saied that is to make 3 sets of each below, you mean 3x (times) scretching for center, right, left, rotating of each up, out, down and behind the cheeks??

4 - Other question is, do i need any day off from PE during the week for healing, or is 7/7?

5 - Can i do the full erect Stretch for 5-10 min with an extender, or you want me to only using the hands??

Remember I told you that I would include both LM work out and a manual version because you said eventually you would be picking up the lengthmaster. keep that information for when you do get a LM.

I wish you could do it the way I say 5×5×3 but if that’s too difficult what you can do is 10 minutes to 15 minutes of pumping and then get some SlowSquashJelqs to try to counter any retention you take on.

Yes you’ll be doing three sets of each stretch. If this is too much for you you can bring it down to two sets or even one set if it’s too much.

I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

I recommend you do the erect stretch manually as I have never tried it otherwise and I can’t advise on the safety of it.
 
@DLD i gonna report my personal experience here.



First i was using a regular extender with the strap (photo above), but beside it isnt a pain like i would think, my glands (very sensible by the way) stay really cold, i was worried about blood flux issues.. So i move on into this (other photos), its SO COMFORTABLE, i mean i think i can wear this all day long (its only a mess when i need to go to the bathroom).



I fuckin Love this MOD!

Another MOD, this time in pelvic area. I place a soft silicone cock ring first in the penis, and then the extender with vacum setup.

Now its 100 % comfortable. I think i can actually sleep with this.

DLD wait till you see my homemade Phallosan with some kindda "foam ring" in the penis. I just went to my wardrobe and grab some old sweat wrists cleaner that i have when i used to play Tennis.

By the way, if you ever have any idea of developing a new device for PE, talk to me, i can design him in SolidWorks (you can open the files also in Inventor). No costs, its the payment for being filled with your knowledgement Sensei.

Im actually having some lights to develop a manual or automatic device for auto jelquing. Who knows if this brotherhood like the idea.


My new meta now, is create an extender that make no edemas, no blood flux issues, no extreme strain in pelvic area, no slip off, and make it very simple to disassembly (or even not necessary) and go to bathrrom during the day without making me an headache and put it back on. And i actually think that i have the solution for all of that with a very smart and simple way. I will show you how when it is ready.

NBPFL - 8.5 cm
FG - 10 cm
NBPEL - 14 cm ( + 0.3cm)
EG - 12.3 cm ( + 0.3 cm)
BPEL - 16.5 cm ! And we need to talk here in this point. Sensei i mean, I WON 1 CM of BPEL in 10 fucking days of PE right here. OMFG!!!!! Is this even possible or real??! Another thing that i would like to report, once i used the Hydromax and then i make the session of Jelqing... My Erect Girth goes up to 13cm (almost 1 cm plus of his regular size, i never saw my penis like that) but was temporaly at the moment, is this what happens when you combo Bathmate + Jelq right?

Second, I also notice a lot of new veins in the bottom side of my penis, is this also ok?

Third, I dont know how to say it, but i feel like my penis its kindda tired, not in erection terms, but in terms of pain, i guess... Its giving me some small disconfort (not reaching pain) when i apply PE trainment (whatever it is). Like when you exercise very much your muscles, and next day your body muscles dont recover yet and go to workout. Should I rest 1 or 2 days of PE off, or its to keep pushing hard?

more vascularity is a sign of great growth so in both cases you’re exactly where you want to be. As the penis becomes larger it requires more blood flow and the additional blood flow causes the bulging of corresponding veins. This is one of the first things I noticed when I first started training.

That feeling you’re having is called fatigue and when you experience it it is the best possible time to stretch your penis. The fatigue is caused by the pelvic floor muscles being too tired to react the way he usually does. And one of those reactions is it does not hold back your stretching hence it is the best time to stretch.
 
@DLD Master, i think i gonna more soft next times. My penis is really starting to Hurt when i use Hydromax at a good amount of pressure, or when I make jelqing. Im thinking go only on manual exercises and extenders. Any tip?

Why don’t you just turn back the intensity until you become used to it. For most people there’s pain or soreness in the beginning and it works its way out over time. I will just cut back on time and see if you can get to a place where you’re not feeling such pain. I would use everything in your arsenal to make growth. But sometimes it takes a little bit of mastery to understand the BM in to get the best use, don’t give up before the miracle.
 
Incredible ribs appearing so early. This is something that very few men get so feel very lucky that you were able to get ribs so early.
