We begin the PE of the glans in over a week


And the glans gains challenge is about measuring the glans and measuring again 3 months later.
The glans gain is a very very slow process. That's why we measure only after three months.

Comment below with a picture or video with your glans size. Do this ONLY if you have a 100% or 120% errection. Otherwise try it tomorrow again. No hurry we've got 7 days left!

You can see my measurement and I did this by putting a shoebox or a chair on my bed, put you mobile on the chair or box and point you camera over the edge to film te ground. Arouse yourself to 100% erect. Move you glans towards the camera and klick play on the camera. While the camera is rolling hands free, then measure. That's it.

Make a screenshot of the video where you've measured to download the foto to this topic, or simply put the whole video like me.

Also let us know what glans exercises you going to do and start with over a week.
I'll do clamping 5 days a week two times 20 minutes a day clamping. And while clamping I'll do weird stuff under above and sides of my glans, like bending it a bit or stretching it etc.


I'll hope I have 5 guys who join me in this.

Note: the glans is measured from all around the ridge of the glans. So only perfectly arround the ridge. No contact with the shaft. This is often the case underneath the glans, so take attention underneath so it touches the ridge only. If you use a tape like I did, then read the measurement in the middle. Mine was 13,5 and that will be 13.3 in the middel where the tape meets the ridge (which you can not see)

(We also need a measure slightly above the ridge to see if there was an increase in ridge or only an expension of the glans, or both. Then when measuring the tape only touches the glans, and again only the middle of the tape counts.)

I would do boa's, and\or constricted boa's, but I also have a modified jelq like method for the glans, which I tried several years back. Seemed to work well for the coronal ridge.

You are doing pe a long time so your glans has his plateau.

I think you go more slowly then average. But who knows. And three months is no effort at all in PE so you sure have to give it a try ?

And yeah. If the ridge goes bigger without the whole glans, that to is a great gain!

So the gains of the ridge and the glans are welcome if we can accomplish that.

You made me think now that I only measured the ridge.


I have to make another measurement slightly above the ridge. To see if the exercise affects only the ridge or expansion of the glans also.

so I'll edit that in my original thread that there are TWO measurements!

Cool. It looks fine how you measure, the coronal ridge I'm not sure how to keep track on its progress :confused: maybe measure depth from the top of the glans where the ridge is, going down to the shaft in CM or MM (movember)

I will measure mine that way then.

Pictures will be either tonight or tomorrow.
 
What is most important in this is that you are 100% erect. If you’re not 100% erect you’re going to get very inconsistent measurements. I suggest everyone should use this method; get as erect as you possible can, Kegel as much blood into your head as you can and then measure. This will be your max size and there will be no discrepancies in measurements

I agree. But only if you not do the ok grip and hold the kegel in the glans. Hands must be free when measuring. And 100% sure that you're 100% erect.

In my opinion the errect penis is hands free. Nobody grabs the penis the entire time when making love to a woman or when you get a blowjob etc. The hands are never involved to see how big someone is.

It's like standing on your toes to let someone know how tall you are.

It's like clamping or jelqing also. Some have 1 inch clamp expansion the other has 0.3inch expansion, but we can't tell who's gonna gain more. And also someone can get a better kegel expansion then the other.

So if there is a rule that everybody suppose to measure with 120% erect handsfree. Then non has advantage over the other.

So hold the base or clamp the base are false measurements in my opinion.


I think when you make a video of the glans measurement as described, hands free. And do this again 3 months later hands free, then you can't cheat that way.

But again, as I said there MUST be an 120% errection. In other words: only measure when you know you have a max errection (natural)

Maybe with a good morning wood. Within a week this surely will happen.
Thats why i gave a week for it. If someone notice a good morning wood grab the tape and measure. Very simpel

3 months later wait for a good morning wood and measure again.

It's so simple that the only thing someone won't get in the challenge is that they're lazy.

Because everyone wants a bigger head.

And if they do it without letting this thread known, then we can't have any intervention when the measurement is done wrong. And so the person can't contribute to the PE community, even when gained.

Because contribution without evidence is no contribution.


The person can only give his support to the community. But when evidence is there then thousands will follow.
 
That sounds good too and it’s gonna have to be something that will be the standard for all to get involved. I would rather see a video of it then a picture as we would know the process any user is using. This would eliminate any way of cheating and would give us the true results we are looking for. But I’m pretty sure nobody’s gonna shoot a video so let’s have confidence in each other that we will be honest if we join in on this experiment. This will be such incredible data to have if we can prove the head can be enlarged. So please get involved if you want to be part of this project as you will be leading the brotherhood into a new discovery in PE.

This is why DLD suggests holding the base with one hand, that is not cheating to me, its keeping the blood trapped while you photo/film/measure it which can be distracting for some, which easily leads to loss of erection.

I'm not sure I agree with DLD on guys knowing how to cheat head size, not fully sure I understand that. What I do know, is when I have had sex, using my glans, I did indeed clamp off underneath with my hand to further expand it more fully in the sex.

What I mean is it’s easy to get an erection and measure the head with no Kegels so it appears to be smaller than it is, then any future pictures the user could simple Kegel more blood in and it would appear that they have gained size.

Very good addition I’ll add this to the rules. I wish we did not need rules and we could know that everyone is completely absolutely honest but for the sake of everyone I think it’s important I have standards in this contest. In addition, as I’ve said before, this is very important data for the future and if any of us skews this data by cheating, the data is bias. So I believe in all my brothers here and I know that you’re all honest I know you will all follow the directions as they are written out. Good luck! And God bless you as usual.

I think that if you made gains with you glans. There's no way your glans will decrease.

When clamping or pumping and measure directly then this is a false measurement.

So two days off and measure and then after three months two days off and measure. If there is an increase,believe me it's a legit gain

Also in the two days no sex or orgasm in the first measurement and two days no orgasm after three months for the second measurement.

Somehow people get a full hang and a bit fuller glans etc when there's no orgasm for couple of days.

Other will feel an exhausted penis after orgasm.

So measuring directly after orgasm and measuring 3 months later while you haven't done orgasm for a week! Well that's a fals measure right there.

So exactly the same days of no orgasm should be the days of no orgams in your second measure.

My advice to you arab is simple; dont worry about what everyone else is doing, and concentrate more on yourself. Its obvious that at this moment in time, its simply not on many men's radar!

Yeah the rader is fortunite right now they spend 8 hours a day hahah and it's winter we are indoor more then out in this season so ideal for PE!

That gives you plenty of time to prove to the world that it is possible to gain head size! Believe me, if you prove this works, you’ll have 100 men doing .

Since there aren't many takers, I'm joining this challenge.
I've always wanted a big bulbous mushroom Cock and have long been fascinated by a horse's wide flared Glans and now I'm
gonna track my progress here.
The first two pics are at the beginning of my PE experience roughly 5-6 yrs ago
even though I've taken various long breaks throughout
My size back then would've been 5.9x5.45
Now with a 100% erection I'm roughly 6.65x6.2
The next 2 were taken after roughly 1-2 days after a pump session.

Shoutout to Redzulu, I've attempted Constricted Boas a handful of times in the last 2 yrs or so but felt I was too new to Pumping to fully incorporate them into a routine
But I'm Bringing Them Back Baby!

Have done 5 sessions of Constricted Boas in the last 1.5 weeks for about 15 mins a session.

Starting this week I'll be doing roughly 5 pump sessions a week from 20-25 mins a session.
I'll sporadically add new progress pics/observations but I won't add a measured glans pic for several months.

Welcome to the challenge!

The measurements of the glans are very tricky. To know exactly If you've gained in the future there should be requirements to measure.

In your picture for example the ridge of your glans is sticking out of the tape. Let's say you've lost 0.12inch there and on the other side to then that's 0.24inch missing.

This are very big gains in comparison to the glans, believe it or not.

So the middle of the tape should be in the middle of the ridge all along the ridge (the underside ridge is making a little bow so the tape must follow that bow underneath.

And secondly if you measure then there should be no pumping or clamping (fluid exercises) for 2 days. These days off should be exactly in the future on your next measurement day. And also 2 days no cumming (then this won't disturb your measurements) if you've matrubated a half our before you did you measure, and the next measure in the future you didn't matrubated for two weeks, most of the cases your glans would expose due to the fitnes of the penis) so then it's a false gain.

It would be awesome if you do these steps when you are 100% (not90%) erect. And share the picture)

In my other thread you see how to stay erect when recoding or making pictures maybe that will help if there's any issue on this regard.

When is the start date to this thing? a date needs putting down, so folk interested can get sorted for it.

and sturdier.
Got to 6.75 post pump Girth w/ minimal fluid retention for the first time(No puffy donut). Will post pic later on.
These Constricted Boas are starting to feel like real massive Girth builders.

Come on guys there must be for more of you out there you can enter into this contest. If you win you get a fantastic prize so what’s the reason non of y’all are joining in? I’ll keep pumping this thread for a week and after that it will be a solo project. I really encourage other men to get involved
 
Still can't clamp so i began with 45min manual.

That is 30min non stop 100%erect wetjelqs. (Almondoil) 15min underhand grip 15min overhand grip

Followed by midshaft 20% erect kegel hold. (see picture) 3 times 5 minutes.

The way this works is not semi erect (50%) but under that, so 20% nearly flaccid (see picture where the base is still flaccid).

Do the OK-grip at the base (this could be a whole hand or fingers doesn't matter. Kegel couple times and let this kegel go trough the 50% "squeeze OKgrip". The last kegel is a directly squeeze 100%OKgrip, very firmly, very strong okgrip, nothing gets past anymore.

Now move the grip towards midshaft, you will feel you can't go past a point. Because you okgrip is very strong. If you stopped at earlier point and can't go to midshaft then you are to much erect. Find the erection that make you stop at the middle amd not before.

If you have that point then go towards the "70% pain level". that means that the pressure of your grip is stopped but you're still giving it let's say a 2400grams pressure with your grip towards the glans, so you decide the pressure that gives you your 70%pain. That means no pain but nearly pain.

Hold for 5minutes. You will feel pain in the wrist and if you switch hands then do this very quickly (2sec) with same amount of kegelhold. 2 second lost of expansion is neglectable, not more. Or simply grab behind the first grip to switch.

You can also rest your underarm on your side hip bone, this helps to hold it more with one hand (see picture where to rest the underarm)

When completing the 5 minutes then pause for 1 minute and squeeze your penis(see picture). The blood wil flow away downwards. (See picture with the white bloodless area's)

So we can start fresh blood in the next 5minutes. 3 times and then you're done.

Every 5 minutes of these exercises, you'll see your glans is spongy when you let the grip go. It seems there's 200 white spots but this is just the light that creates 100 shadows and 100 spongyness waves(trying to explain) a leather look. because of suddenly retraction of the glans . So thats no skin injury or bumps what so ever etc this is gone in 10 seconds.

When done, wash you penis a minute or two firmly against the shower head against bacteria, because of the jelqing and oil etc. Make it ph neutral with soap.

I do this 1 day of 1 day on this week, and still extend every day 6+ ours. Weekend totally off. But after 1 week I'll do this 2 days on 1 times a day. (Maybe two times a day, but minimum 1 a day). Because the extender is asking asking lot of hours for me, and extender is more important then the glans challenge. Maybe it's a fail so that's why tje care for extending at first place always.

I NEED OTHER man to take this challenge with me in a different exercise if this goes to fail, then we have backup if suddenly someone found a way!

I'll do this for three months before measurement so wish me luck!

Baseball effect:
I think this is genetic, you have it or you haven't. If this create a baseball effect then my base is already more than midshaft so this wil straighten it out, and is that a disadvantage in comparison with good glans gains? I guess not!

And can someone suddenly create a baseball effect in 3 months? I guess not.

And I think the baseball effect comes along ligament targeting (like extreem stretching or hanging etc). Not this exercise

And don't forget the 30min erect wetjelqs that is done before that and extending. Two exercises that are known to create bigger base expecially the extender.

Is see you folks in this thread in three months. (If I do the clamping with this, or any other change, I'll let you guys know also)
