I was reading some posts by Red and he says jelqing is for girth. Although he advises being fully erect while jelqing.
Another person I spoke to got all his length from jelqing he says.
I've started doing squash jelqs for girth. Isn't regular jelqing a waste of time if I'm doing the squashes, if jelqing is a girth work out?
I still want to gain length. I am doing jelqing to help length. Not fully erect mind you. It is more of a mild length work out. I also stretch through out the day. I am seeing gains here.
Jelqing helped me get both length and girth in those early days. When I forst started, the very first 6-8 months or maybe more I didnt do stretches and just jelq and saw length gains but I always say its the foundation of every girth routine and helped me build what I have to day.
for me i jelq mainly for girth purposes..if it helps in length great but i do my stretches for that anyway...some say it helps out in both but mostly in the girth department...i say keep jelqing it cant hurt none
