Jelqing


You can jelq as much as you like. Just listen to your body and if there is persistent sharp pain in any of the three chambers (CC’s and SC) whilst jelqing, stop and rest until the pain subsides.

Too much erect jelqing may affect your EQ but this should be temporary and will just stop you jelquing until your back to decent wood.

You can just stretch to your hearts content if you get to such a stage of fatigue so you’re not wasting time and missing out on gains!
 
You can jelq all you want but you’re going to get so much more out of the SlowSquashJelq.
