It's been a looong time since i've practiced any form of PE!
I guess i'll begin with a little run down of who i am, what kind of gains i made in the past, and where i was situated...
OK, so i'm currently 33 years old, i found PE way back in 2008-09 at 19-20, after watching Boogie nights which led me on a quest fueled by insecurity being that my original stats where 6'' BPEL (on a good day) by 4.5 MSEG and i felt like a short pencil dick. (i had no idea 6 inches was high average, probably because my skinny ass dick really shrunk the look over all)
But there i was, like a mad man searching for way to increase the size of my dick, i even considered surgery (way to costly and with minimal returns as far as true gains)
And somehow i stubbled across this documentary about a guy with a tiny dick who was obsessed with making it bigger.
In this documentary was the first time i was introduced to PE, as one of the guys was DLD from M*****s of S*ze, showing off his exercises and talking about how he'd gained inches through natural means.
As far as gains, i made most of my gains within the first 2 months, i trained intensely, i really went for it. in the first 2 months i went from 6''BPEL to 6.75 BPEL, and maybe gain 1/8'' of girth... over the next year, i'd gain the final 1/4'' of length putting me at 7'' BPEL and 1/2 of girth, finishing me off at 7'' BPEL by 5'' MSEG, which is where i am today...
over the last decade i've trained off and on, never long enough for true gains, but i've experimented enough to have figured out some very interesting information that ill talk about later.
Well, i think thats enough of a run down... My next post will be the routine i'll be starting very soon.
