It's been a looong time since i've practiced any form of PE!
I guess i'll begin with a little run down of who i am, what kind of gains i made in the past, and where i was situated...
OK, so i'm currently 33 years old, i found PE way back in 2008-09 at 19-20, after watching Boogie nights which led me on a quest fueled by insecurity being that my original stats where 6'' BPEL (on a good day) by 4.5 MSEG and i felt like a short pencil dick. (i had no idea 6 inches was high average, probably because my skinny ass dick really shrunk the look over all)
But there i was, like a mad man searching for way to increase the size of my dick, i even considered surgery (way to costly and with minimal returns as far as true gains)
And somehow i stubbled across this documentary about a guy with a tiny dick who was obsessed with making it bigger.
In this documentary was the first time i was introduced to PE, as one of the guys was DLD from M*****s of S*ze, showing off his exercises and talking about how he'd gained inches through natural means.

As far as gains, i made most of my gains within the first 2 months, i trained intensely, i really went for it. in the first 2 months i went from 6''BPEL to 6.75 BPEL, and maybe gain 1/8'' of girth... over the next year, i'd gain the final 1/4'' of length putting me at 7'' BPEL and 1/2 of girth, finishing me off at 7'' BPEL by 5'' MSEG, which is where i am today...
over the last decade i've trained off and on, never long enough for true gains, but i've experimented enough to have figured out some very interesting information that ill talk about later.
Well, i think thats enough of a run down... My next post will be the routine i'll be starting very soon.
 
Ok, so i haven't trained in a long time, so i'm going to do a re-introduction phase of manual exercises before going to hanging and pumping and anything else.

BEGINNER routine is as follows-


MORNING
- 5 min of erect bends (controlled structural damage/micro tearing)
- Between 200-500 Erect stretches (1 second holds, basically the same point as a jelq)
Night
- 30-45 min of stretching in every direction (using baby powder)
 
After a few weeks of warm up, ill begin my actual routine

Hanging- 3 sets a day @ 20 min

Before each set 200 erect jelqs
After each set 200 erect jelqs

Every morning 1x CLAMPED erect bends & various squeezes for 10-15 min
 
Sounds solid, should see you well in getting some more size on top of already awesome gains.

Bathmate full package? I thought about it, how are you going in? Soft/hard? I had a go at putting everything into the comfort sleeve that comes with the X40 but it was not fun or easy to do so & the thought of not having the comfort sleeve in & potential gaiter bite when increasing pressure scares the crap out of me, you are a lot braver than me. I would imagine you could get a pretty good internal lig stretch pulling out the tube while in like that.

Thanks man! Yeah, i believe so too... we willl see! As far as the Time spent in the BM, i'll go full package in the x40 without the padding. Im very interested in length, but i've come under the impression that the micro-damage caused by girth actually aids the length process. It's very important that when your dick is plump, you do stretches, force the gains to be in the form of length. I realized that jelqs are actually a length exercise similar to a short erect stretch, and that jelqs caused a little damage to the shaft which combined with the erect stretching motion lead to all my gains when it was combined with flaccid stretches at night.

With length do not forget expressive stretching, it is the fastest method of gaining length.
 
3 TYPES OF STRETCH FORCE

The gains stop once the manuals are dropped, ive done a TON of pumping and clamping through the years, but what i've come to realize is that, unless the shaft has these three specific types of force, it wont budge very much.
one of the forces is the type of expansion you get from girth exercise, micro tears length wise inn the shaft, you then have to do either erect/semi erect stretches or a shit load of tight grip jelqing to where its pretty much a stretch in itself, which further tears the shaft, but in a lengthening way by making the tares longer, and lastly regular stretching flaccid of some sort, which really lengthens the tares as the shaft is no longer as rigid...

Expressive Stretching is vital to making gains quickest and accessing penis that would otherwise be left dormant. There is quite a bit of penis in every one of us! Prior to doing Penis Enlargement, or in my early days of Penis Enlargement I measured close to 9" of inner penis! Tracing that much penis locked deep in the body, I became obsessed with Expressing it (hence Expressive Stretching ).

In order to stretch this tissue we need to get our hands around it! It needs to be exposed and stretched with authority! So whatever method you use, be sure to be putting a solid 6 minutes into Expressive Stretching is important to this process. Now that we have exposed and stretched some of this inner tissue we want to take advantage of any temporary gains we may have seen in Expression. So as soon as Expressive Stretching is done go right into the next part of your stretching routine.

JELQS ARE NECESSARY FOR LENGTH GAINS FOR SOME PEOPLE

More than ever i appreciate the erect stretch... I've been dealing with whats referred to as ''cord dick'', im sure you guys have read all about it... anyways that feeling of elasticity had completely gone when doing manual stretches, and other length exercises where futile. Then something happened, i began to jelq (something i stropped doing long ago) and low and behold later while doing flaccid stretches i realized that the elasticity was some what better... it's important to mention that type of jelq i used, i use a tight grip squeeze, and i begin at 100% erect, until i reach almost flaccid, before i restimulate... it's also important to mention that because my grip is so tight, i get a 1 sec stretch at the end of each jelq.
Now, i've found away to somewhat by pass all the jelqing by triggering the same mechanism... i will do some compression to make the shaft malleabele, then ill just grab below the glans at 100%, and do mini 1 sec pulses... until i'm about 15% erect. These pulses arent quick tugs, theyre slow and deliberate.
After this, ill do my regular flaccid stretches before bed.

I've been under tremendous stress, busy af lately... It's strange how in life, sometimes when you plan on getting started on something the world falls at your feet. Anyways, im on some new shit, i'm taking it slow this time, im not rushing into it for 1.5-2 hr sessions, im starting incrementally.

AM
- Jelqing 100 tight grip jelqs (from 100% to flaccid before re-stimulating)
- BM FullPackage pumping for 15-20 min (using vacuvim mod)
PM
- BM FullPackage pumping for 15-20 min (using vacuvim mod)
- 45 min manual Basic Stretching (all directions)

current 7x5
Sounds like a solid routine
