ive made great gains but im @ a stall 2 soft to 4 .. 4 soft to 5 hard

hi all 3 months in .... im very pleased with the results i was very nearly in that micro penis category but im now at 4 inch soft and 5 inch errect .... i started with pumping and strecthing manually ... then i started ads with the male edge 2 hours then 5 per day ... im now hanging with 4.5 lbs with the zen hanger twice per day 15 min with a break between sets... then 1 hour with the male edge ads,finished with 5 mins clamping .... so im stuck at the same size for the past 2 weeks ... the question is,is it time to be more patient or do more to push gains

Hey bro congrats on the gains! PE is definitely a marathon rather than a sprint so you have to be patient. Definitely keep stretching hard and try to use your ads for longer periods throughout the day. Are you looking more to get length, girth, or both?

If you haven’t read SRT yet you should definitely give that a read through, its a bit of a read but it is the ultimate guide to making the gains you want!
 
This is the perfect place to post your routine and progress. You should lay out what size you are now and how large you want to become. Which routine you’re going to use. how much time you’re going to invest. SRT is an incredible workout and I highly recommend looking through there first then coming back to me with any questions you may have. I can help you put a routine together.
 
thankyou for the replies :) as you can see i was very small flaccid 2inches its restricted my life for so long (sports etc not wanting to get naked) ... so at the grand old age of 49 i started ... ive dabbled in the past but couldnt afford the tools or have the privacy ..... 3 months in ive gone from 2" flaccid to 4" & from 4" hard to 5" .... im understanding these are probably newbie gains & also i was told that if the penis is smaller gains will be better ... im very pleased so far but for about 2 weeks or so im stuck at the same size ... probably i just need to accept growth will be slower ... im more interested in length and my penis actually hanging properly (south rather than east LOL .... daily routing is stretch then hang 4.5lb with the zen hanger 2 x 15 min sets with a ten min break in between ..... then a little more stretching then an hour on the ads (male edge) i then finish with a massage and then clamp for 5 to 10 minutes .... ive not been long hanging i started with a pump then move onto the ads with 2 hours increasing to 6 hours .... ok folks thanks for replying :) any advice is welcome
 
Welcome and good job so far, don't worry 2 weeks and longer can be normal to not see any gains, this is where people give up, trick is to continue and if need be switch around your programme to shock the little man into something new. I've gone around 9 weeks with no gains recently but I continue and soldier on and introduced hanging as something new

That’s deadly man, 2” flaccid gain and a 1” erect gain in 3 months is amazing! Just be patient and don’t get discouraged, sometimes gains take awhile to come. Remember after a little while you always want to up the intensity/routine a little in some way. For example maybe every 1-2 weeks add .5-1.5 lbs extra when you hang, or maybe add an extra 5 minutes of stretching per day or an extra stretching set per day every 2 weeks or so. Just make sure you don’t add too much weight too fast when hanging, that could lead to injury. Also yes make sure you try to use your ads for as long as possible throughout the day, the longer you wear it the better chances you have at cementing your gains. I currently wear my ads sleeves and silistretcher for an average of about 12-14 hours a day.

wow 12 to 14 hours ! ... but yes just like lifting weights,thast why ive just added the 1/2 pound plate to my hanging :) & sure i dont want to damage the little fella

funny you should say that ive gone back to my old routine of 1 day hanging (with a half pound increase) and one day stretching (usually about 6-7 hours) and things have started to move again :) which im delighted about

When you reach a plateau the best thing to do is to throw your penis for a loop and incorporate a new exercise or a new tool. your penis can become very used to a exercise where it will not be productive any longer. At that point it’s important to either increase intensity, time or change up completely

well an update .... ive gone back to what worked,why i changed what was working i dont know .... 1/4 inch increase flaccid and 1/2 inch errect (i hadnt measured erect for so long as im mainly interested in flaccid,i just want my dick to hang right) .... so hanging 4 & half pounds 1 day followed by clamping .... then just as im sitting here 5 to six hours ads (male edge) ... i use the male edge because it allows for a smaller dick 2" or less (well now a 4 1/4 inch dick ;) )

Keep it up man... soon you won't have to worry about support for "smaller" size at this rate. Keep those gains coming, you are going to be an inspiration to hundreds of men who haven't taken the steps you have but have the same problem.

sure .... i started with a basic pump & a vacuum based ads... i was still learning but the problem i had was the fact i was too small for most ads tools ..... what changed for me was purchasing the male edge it allows for the smaller man (so thats my ads sorted) .... 2 hours building upto 6 one day ,then hanging while using the male hanger on the next day,yet again my dick was still too small for this tool .... i then purchased the zen hanger,the noose system just kept sliding off but i still use the weights (so alls not lost) currently ... male edge 4 to six hours one day ..... next day 'total man hanger' with 4 1/2 pounds 4 sets 15mins with a break inbetween ..... then massage the chap with some good moisturizer,get an erection and clamp for 5 to ten minutes .... let me just say nothing against these other products but they just didnt fit the smaller man ;) .... my advice dont try and do too much,just be consistent ...

yes I will follow this routine to see at least some beginner gains because this more than 4 months I train 10 days and I stay 20 days which gave me nothing more and I quickly discourage
this time I hope I have the courage to continue on my way

im quite the newbie but as you can see i gave it a go in 2009 ..... im still getting gains ... but please tell me more about SRT ... thanks ;)

If you’re looking for very fast flaccid growth I highly recommend you do the Testicle health massage and stretch found in the Newbie Routine. This exercise will bring flaccid length, girth and heaviness to your penis. It will allow your penis to him the longest possible. Check it out let me know what you think ?
