I've hit a plateau or my fat pad is blocking my new gains from showing

I think I'm stuck at 8 inches bone press. Yesterday I measured numerous times but I coupdnt get pass 8 inches in measurement. One mind is tellinge that my fat pad might be covering the gains I've made in the last 6 months.

Is it possible that my fat pad is covering the gains I've made in the last 6 months?

I don't think my fatpad is covering anything. What I think is actually happening is that, my penis has adapted to whatever pull/stretch I can get from the length master.

The time has come for me to combine silistretcher stretching and hanging. Hanging is what I'm actually aiming at. I believe I can break this plateau or what you call it by going into hanging with full time dedication.

When my silistretcher arrive, I will start wearing it and also hanging with it.

When did you know you hit the plateau, I'm scared I might be on one right now...

You should look into ultrasound heating, that could be helpful for breaking a plateau

Back in 14th of July last year, my fat pad was very small and I was very lean because I suffered a heartbreak and also did PE during that time for 6 months. I took my measurement and saw 8 inches bone press.

I didn't PE much after that measurement until 15th of November last year. I decided to resumt training and I've been training since 15th of November last year till today.

Now my fat pad is big and I have measured but I'm still seeing the same 8 inches even a bit lesser than 8 inches some times. All this happened yesterday.

Could it be that maybe half inch of penis is stuck right beneath my fat pad? I used the length master 5 months doing mainly mandingo stretch for 1 hour daily. I find it hard to believe that I didn't gain anything.

I did the dld blasters for the first time and then I measured my flaccid length, I saw 8.3 inches bone press flaccid.

I'm very confused now. Maybe I need to remove the fat pad before getting an accurate measurement

I remember DLD said he was about 8 inches but when he removed his fat pad, he saw about 2 inches beneath the pad.

I use the mosred on that area and I have next to no fatpad but I'm very lean, that could help you. Are you doing lengthmaster rolls they are so intense on my septum like no fuckin way I'm not gaining right now.

Maybe go on a deconditioning break and focus on slimmin down that fat pad then come back with a vengeance.

Please give us a review in the store on your MOSRed, people need to hear from users. I would really appreciate it and thank you for all the help you have been giving!

I have a feeling that if I remove the fat pad, I will see at least 8.5 8nches bone press instead of 8 inches.

You can do it you just have to keep losing weight and keep working out. The problem some people have, like myself, is in order for me to lose my fat pad completely I’m very very underweight and I’m not healthy at that weight. So for me it’s either a 1 inch fat pad or liposuction.

I am still trying to do it

You’ll just have to find out how much body weight you need to lose to get your fat pad to the size you want it and hope that it’s a healthy weight. For me I need to be about 165 pounds and at that weight I have a bout a 3/4 of an inch fat pad.

Maybe I need to make going to the gym a life style.

If you can make it a natural part of you day, by all means yes! This will help in so many areas physically and mentally.

Well, it's easier said than done but I'm making preparation for it. I've not trained for the past 2 days. I'm depress. I don't even know which eoutine to do anymore. All I have right now is my length master and bathmate.

Why have you switched routines? The last Routine seemed to be pretty good.

Yes I believe the dld blasters would have given me some gains but my hands get too tired. I'm using the length master. It's a very intense exercise but i don't know how I can do the exercise without resucing those pains

Well, I've come to the final conclusion that at least half inch of penis is stuck right beneath my fat pad and that I need to remove the fat pad before I can see it.

Back in July when I measured, I was having a very small fat pad unlike now. For me to get an accurate measurement, I need to reduce my fat pad to the smallest it can be before measuring again.

I can see flaccid gains but I cannot see my erect gains because of the fat pad.

Dont allow that mind to play with you, just keep on the plan and stick with it. You will gain, dont deviate from the track now. Maintain effort, focus, and intensity, by riding that fatigue out.

I've taken a total of 5 off days since I created this thread. I believe the new gains I've made this year is stuck right beneath my fat pad.

I have seen many comments from some members who said their measurement changes whenever their fat pad is big or little.

I need to remove or reduce my fat pad to be able to see the new gains I've made this year.

Do you think what I'm saying makes any sense?

Makes great sense. I had gained 2 inches in length and all of it was buried in my fat pad. In order for me to have that 2 inches become visual I had to lose a lot of weight. I had to lose so much weight to get it to 1/4 inch that I was far too skinny. So I would put as much effort into diet and aerobic exercise to reduce the fat pad as much as possible keeping your body in a good weight range.

@huge-girth how did it work so far with losing the fat-pad, have you made some progress?
Also, have you researched some more about losing the fatpad. Do all people with around 8-12% bodyfat have nearly no fatpad or is it genetics?
Maybe also IR light or cold therapy helps, we have to figure it out.
Would be interesting :)

My fat pad reduced a bit due to my depress state of mind but I haven't tried to lose the fat pad all this while. I've just been focus on my routine. To lose the fat pad, I need to change my diet and stick to doing cardio as a life style.

This is something I'm yet to do. Thanks for checking on me.

Alright, let us know how the progress is going over the next few weeks. Also on a weightloss currently and want it down to a healthy 0.5" size. Testing also with some 'cold-therapy' in which I'll put ice cubes on my fatpad. Should be able to also shrink it a bit, but won't be very comfortable.

I will measure on the 25th of October. Once that is done, I will post it here or in my progress log. I need to stay off masturbation to boost my erection.

I have measured and I'm very impressed. Bone press 8.1/4 and I still have some fat pad.

I never got rid of my fat pad till this day and I managed to get myself from 8 inches to 8.25 inches with the DLD blasters. @DLD, how did you say we can measure the length of out fat pad? I'm trying to remember but I can't.

Simply how much erect penis is hidden to the base. I have quite a bit now... I have gained unwanted weight being stuck in a room with nothing to do

Losing weight is super easy if you just know the mechanics of it.

I would recommend finding a style of intermittent fasting that suits you guys. It's by far the easiest way to go about it in my opinion and I've worked with a lot of clients when I was a personal trainer for 10 years. Let me know if you need any guidance! We will get rid of that fat pad in a matter of months!

Fasting is how I have always done it. Last year I had 0 fat pad....the best 👌

It is really the best. Also have so many other health benefits aside of losing or keeping weight off.

What kind of fasting arrangement did you go by? Myself I'm always fasting 16-18 hours then eat two meals within an 6-8 hour window.

Yes Yes Yes, I need guidance please. I need to know more about the intermittent fasting.

No problem brother.

Start by reading up a little on the subject. You will be amazed by the many healthy aspects of it.

Biggest for me is mental clarity and better energy. Also my digestive system and metabolism is on point.

Obviously it's up to you how you wanna structure it but for me it's easiest to always skip breakfast, eat first meal around 14:00 and second meal around 21:00-22:00. First meal being a bit smaller and lighter (less carbs) and for dinner a bigger meal with whatever I want (but always choose good clean raw materials) I once in a while have a cheat meal that's nothing you have to worry about if u just stick to the protocol.

The basis of it is you will have your body in a fasted state for longer hours then fed. That will make your body get rid of more fatcells.
Also you will probably eat 1-2 less meals a day (if u usually eat 3-4 for example) and that in itself will make it much easier to be in a caloric deficit (as long as you don't over do it on some super high caloric foods). Being in a caloric deficit is what makes you lose weight.

Would also recommend to take daily walks for at least 30 minutes

Here is a good pic I found. I wouldn't call it a diet however, more a healthy natural lifestyle for the body.

I mean when we were cavemen, you think we would eat 5 times a day? Hell no, we were in a fasted state during the majority of the day. And our body hasen't changed since these times, just the availability of foods...

Thanks so much. I've read up on it. I have to make sure that, when I eat, it has to be food that are rich in protein/vegetables. I have to avoid the fatty stuffs. When you said once in a while I need to eat cheat meals, is that once in a week? Do I need to drink any tea like lemon or something like that?

During the fasting hours, do I need to drink water or stay without water? Any tea too?

So, I eat 12pm afternoon and 4pm evening. 12pm, light meal and 4 pm heavy meal but both are low calorie diets

Yes, you are thinking right about that you should eat protein rich and vegetable rich meals. About fat, fat is actually really good for you provided it's GOOD fats. Like fatty fish, avocado, egg yolk, olive oil, coconut oil, nuts etc. The fats you want to avoid is saturated fat from primarily processed foods. Always try to avoid processed foods, it's really bad for you.

No, you don't need to eat cheat meals but if you do it once a week it's nothing to worry about.

During fasting you should always drink a lot of water. Tea, coffee and lemon is also OK provided you drink it raw without any sugars or milk. Because if u use milk or sugar for example, then you will break the fast.

Yes if you go by that arrangement that's terrific, you will then fast 20h a day. Just make sure it's sustainable for you. Maybe start out by just fasting 16 hours and then after a week you can do 18 hours (or even 20 if you want). Some people can get by by just eating ONE big meal every 24 hours. I like to include one additional smaller meal to that, however.
