Hello everyone !!
I decided today to start training, because I'm tired of repotting every time, and it's been over a year since I decided to start but I was a coward.
I will post my routine after every workout so that I stay consistent this time around.
I will try to start with newbie routine, because I have no tools.
Frankly, I need motivation because I am a fragile person.
and I'm going to take it easy.
I have to get used to it first and then I try to do all the newbie exercises routine, so that I won't give up in the middle.
I will stop measuring every time like I did before.
a month after organizing my time, getting used to training, adapting my diet and save a bit of money, I take a lengthmaster and other tools that will help me make gaines.
