I'm sorry for disappearing without even say something, it was mostly lazyness.
A little bit clique but this time is different, since my life is going way better than last year = more discipline, $ and self-belief.
So PE wise...

It seems I have maintained some gains from LM3 bounded stretches 2 rotations, so the tunica work should be easier to recover
I have also gained more muscles, I'm close to 100kgx1,82m, (so it seems smaller...
)

Blast & cruise at 750mg test C + 10mg/d oral win + 10mg/d yk11, next circle probably September ), this may positively effect PE.
The plan is starting with the LM3 bounded stretches 1->1,5->2 rotations
+
SLR sleevs + bandages during the the day gym+home+work if possible
