Is this routine a reasonable starting point?
Two sessions per day: 20 minutes of manual stretching + 10 minutes of jelqing.
One session in the morning and one in the evening.
This adds up to 1 hour of activity per day.
I plan to follow this routine with a "1 day on, 1 day off" schedule. I will only use my hands—no devices involved. I want to train as intensely as safely possible, so I’m asking: how many days per week would you recommend based on this routine?
As a beginner, is this level of training harmful to the penis, or am I on the right track?
Could it cause overtraining, sensitivity loss, or other damage?
