Is there a cause for concern?

yesterday, when i did my starching exercises i may have pulled too hard and then heard a "crank" like noise.

now my penis is functioning (thank god) it didn't and doesn't hurt now, except of a few times when i had this pain close to the base, a kind of pain like growth pains (hopefully), i could even continue to the jelqing exercises with no problems at all.

it can stand it gets hard, with no pains involved,yet I'm still worrying coz i had good and raging hard ons lately, but after this it feels a bit less, maybe what cause this is just me frightened a bit.

did anyone experienced such a thing? should i continue the starching exercises or just go right ahead for the jelq?

Nothing to fear, it happens to many guys, it is when the ligament is pulled away from the pubic bone that air is released (if there is air trapped there) and it makes an auditory pop or cracking sound. It is identical to what happens when you crack your knuckles.

It is a very scary sound when you don't know what it is. I am happy you feel relief. I tried to answer as quickly as possible so you would not worry.
