Alright but this is the routing I am following right now
We will start from slow and proceed to medium and then extreme with the routines.
Start with the beginner routine for 30 days only.
60 seconds per stretch
Do a 10mins warmup with a towel or stay under the shower in your bathroom for 10mins.

Straight up (twist left)
Straight up (twist right)
Straight up (twist left)
Straight up (twist right)
Straight down (twist right)
Straight down (twist left)
Straight down (twist right)

Straight out left (twist left)
Straight out right (twist right)

Erect stretches: 10 mins daily
Kegels: Throughout the day, the more the better.
Stay wrapped with the bandage throughout the day, the more you wrap, the better.
The stretches should be done bundled always remember this. I mean the beginner routine and all the
length master stretches in general.
