Keep your sessions to 20 minutes maximum. You can do 2, or 3 sessions per day. Try resting 10 minutes between sets in front of a heating source, and massage your penis. Also try to keep the room temperature at 30 °C / 86°F , when you stretch.
I believe this will also prevent fluid retention.
No big problem it's just fluid retention. But you want to keep it low/minimum if you can.
