Kegel is the safest of them all, you really can't hurt yourself with this exercice brother so don't hesitate to do them all day long !
It's just like when you flex your biceps, except this time it's the muscle wich provide blood flow to your penis (flex)

So the more it will be flexed and trained the more it will be able to hold blood to better erections

Bro I worried due to i kegel and when flaccid the member is very fat like a ball

Kegel is the safest exercise in MOS......

The reason it looks like a ball is because your flaccid length and girth are very similar......
Try length exercise and then compare your penis with a ball.....

I got a cramp in the pc muscle before from kegels didn't last long, learnt how to stretch out the tendon between the balls and the penis - the ancestral tendon its connected to every tendon in the body - it literally helps relax everything.
Just grab the balls and the penis stretch them away from each other. Strengthen & honor, anyone can relax anywhere now, enjoy the gains & happy kegel day.

When starting with kegels, use only as much contractile force as is needed to accomplish the rep. Some make the mistake of clenching the PC very hard. This greatly increases the potential for injury!

Once you can perform 50 reps of the 5 second kegels you can begin to consider adding more force to your contractions.

It’s pretty much impossible to hurt yourself doing Kegels or Reverse Kegels. I do them all day everyday! Stronger erections with complete control of orgasm.
 
I must of been squeezing too hard because my pc muscle cramped up at work before and the guys were like DUDE YOU OK... And dam it hurt briefly until stretching out.
I was trying to squeeze to hard, trying to stop myself from cumming, well; just need to - NOT OVER DO IT Thanks AL...

If it’s causing you cramping then keep it to a minimum and build from there. I know a lot of people feel fatigue after doing a long session but I’ve never heard of anyone cramping up, but it does make sense since your training a very large group of muscles. So I suggest keep it to a minimum for now and build on that as you feel ready.
