So I've seen seemingly two schools of thought on this, and wanted some weigh in from those kore experienced.

I've been doing mostly single sessions, I have hit upwards of 8 hours in 1 session, not counting the 5 minute readjustment breaks I've had to take for slippage or true discomfort purposes.

I've seen several mentions of both "able to wear for long hours without discomfort" and "did 2 hours, removed extender, got bloodflow, put back on for 2 hours"

I've personally observed my glans basically going purple every session usually within an hour. Occasionally it is uncomfortable, a few times it hasn't been. I've managed to push past


So, the q. Should I be taking breaks (difficult owing to time constraints I have) or is it OK to go for multiple hours in the extender?

The longer period you wear without adjustment, the more advantage you'll gain from constant cellular stresses you place the penis under the traction device. However, do not allow the penis to turn purple. If you must take it off to rest every hour, 2 hour, or 3 hours to get some break time of 5 to 10 minutes in between, do so. Every hour of traction is compounded towards gain. 20 minutes under tension pressure stress the cellular structures, break them down, and cells reform. Taking breaks in between doesn't influence the already stressed and reformed area. Of course, longer is better. Continuous is better than breaks in between. But healthy penis is better than an injured one.
 
Another q regarding inner penile stretch.

When I manually grab and pull my shaft, I can feel it inside and out. In the extender though, mostly only feel it on the skin, and usually on my left side morso than the right. I've tried adjusting both sides individually to account for this. I have a slight twist/cant to the left naturally I think accounts for that.

How much inner stretch should one feel in an extender? I feel I've got the wrapping somewhat down, but trying to maximize my results while in extension

You should not feel the pull mainly on the skin. It should have the same dull pull like when you grab it with your hands. This is why strategic wrapping is needed to ensure the effective pull by the extended. This is why the glans suffers the brunt of the workloads during time under tension for an effective traction. When you grab the penis, it's practically the glans doing most of the work in providing traction control without you realizing it.

Hmmm, this is troubling news then. There may be one or more things I am doing incorrectly somehow. Below is a layout of my current processes.

I followed SIMs how to wrap video, and have been doing that for the past couple days, trying to avoid too tight. I was able to urinate with the green wrap still on at maybe 60% normal output. The green wrap is holding up well, extremely minimal bunching under the ace. Then I ace bandage, then black band wrap over that maybe half an inch away from the glans.

This wrapping method led to immediate traction gains, at least I think, hope I am not shrinking. Velcro strapping in behind the glans mabe .5cm back, with 2in and .5in bars added nets an immediate 1200g of traction. I had previously been using 2in+1in, by following the instructions, but I changed to 2in+.5in because I was having issues with traction even staying at 1200g.

I followed the directions booklet for setting up bars by having it so it is, with the screws mostly retracted, "slightly longer than flaccid but fully stretched penis". It is extremely difficult to measure owing to only having a measuring tape right now, but it appears maybe .5cm(not inch) longer with 2in+1in bars. With 2in+.5in bars my glans goes past the plastic shaft tips by maybe .5-1cm. Just double checked. Sadly not longer than 2+1in bars yet, no no gains over the last 14 days.

I am still dealing with purple glans as well, and about 10 mins ago had to remove due to pain on left side of glans. Was purple and numb touchwise again.
 
Are you extending as far as you can take it? Or just where it comfortable? I max the tension out when I wear my Penimaster. Which extender you using?

Sorry forgot to reply to the other 2 q's, I am on day 14 and progessing tension slowly as recommend. I started at 1200 initially but backed down on the first week to 900 on OALs advice. New week, trying to keep things at 1200g past the first mark, but having issues as mentioned above (pruple glans, no inner penile stretch felt)

Do make sure to be completely flaccid during wrapping. Try not to be stimulated or erected on any level. I know it will be very hard. Otherwise, any 0.1in of girth will cause slippage like crazy. This is just me, but when I wrap for either traction device or LM, if I have even a sensation of erection, I'll wrap the first layer (my yellow TheraBand or your green vinyl wrap), wrap first round of cotton wrap, squeeze hard to push the blood completely out the glans and 4in of penile segment, and continue to wrap the cotton bandage so slightly tighter. You should still be able to pee, with a slight more pressure needed from abdominal push.

That's fine with the initial stretch. But check again in 10 minutes as your tissues relaxed. You may need to add more extension bar to max spring compression. The compression of the springs should be close to the very bottom of the device base, which is the 2nd mark at the adjustment scews, estimates to be 1200g. Your objective is to go just a hair past that 2nd mark and towards the 3rd mark as the springs lose their compression capacity. If it's at the first mark close to the noose, that's only 500g.

In your case, first 20 minutes, push hard to reach the 3rd mark is next to the adjustment scews. That allows for stretch you tissues to maximize elongation potential. You can allow the stretch to then ease up to the 2nd mark naturally at 1200g. Once again, wrapping technique will need to be played with to prevent blood and nerves cut off. Purple, numbness, or pinches are definitely not welcome during time under tension.

Left side pain means you have pinching from the wrap. I double and triple fold my TheraBand for the top half to create paddings for the Velcro strap to hug onto, without rolling my penile shaft skin under the strap and distal end (the white plastic part) to prevent pinching.

Holy smoke! SG upgraded their spring for the flagship model. So, make sure to go past the first mark and reach the second mark just for 20 minutes. Now, I know you have issues with the wrapping, so we'll do our best to guide you on the proper wrapping. I may have to dust my device off and start the approach for you.

If wrapping fail, and you still have issues with comfort, we'll tackle this in a different approach. I used rubber foam cutouts to create an expanded comfort traction cushion in the past. I may have photos of the mods in the media drive that I have to dig through. But let's do the wrapping first to find the comfort method.

Yes. If you can only see my role of TheraBand, 50 feet worth of it (cwl) My wife thought I purchased it for exercise. I sure did. For my penis exercises that is. Let me know if this approach is working for you in the next week. If not, we'll find a way. We're here for you.
 
Many thanks for the advice as usual, I am 2 hours into today, struggled with 20 minutes of wrapping at bleary eyed 5am, comfort seemed to be better though and seemingly no purple today so that is good. Wrapped the head more judiciously today maybe that helped.

Got a few purple spots on my glans now though, and shame on me not sure where from. Definitely busted up blood vessles, hopefully nothing major damage wise. Either the session on 7/3 I had, or from squeezing too hard this morning before wrapping. Not sure, hopefully temporary. I did see a couple other posts on spotting that said it was normal, so not worried quite yet


Will report back with more. PExercise awaits!

Made 8h27m today, but several rewraps and breaks. Still some discomfort issues, and still some purple glans, but less numbness issues, and far less than the noose. Not observing any growth yet, but only 49 hours under tension. Hoping to workout the discomfort issues soon.

I do sit a lot for my job, and that causes some issues as well with posture and things. I end up sitting on the edge of my chair to let things hang

49 hours under tension is barely a starting point. It's practically a warm up. Don't worry too much until you start hitting the 100th and beyond hours. Common practice is 250th hours and beyond is when your tissues are preprogrammed for cellular accelerated growth. Most tend to stop around this point because it's too hard.

Yea I wasn't expecting many results after only 49 hours, was hoping for a .1 of an inch but that's hard to measure.

I am 2 hours into today, started late, but so far alright. Little discomfort at the pelvis on the left side again, but no penile discomfort, so good there. Anatomical variations I am sure.

I do still have purple glans which is concerning, don't want thrombosis or injuries. Good news is some sensitivity to touch still there, though markedly reduced, and also my purple spots from yesterday are gone. Not sure how else I can try to prevent this I've been wrapping while flaccid and squeezing the blood down and out while trying to make layers with wrap.

Looks like your glans is being conditioned well based on the photo. It appears to be in a conditioning period based on your description so far. Try a bit further for another week to see if reduce the overall slight purple. Your gland may be more sensitive to changes than most. We'll keep monitoring your progress. I believe I have a few extra tricks for you at the end of the week if the glans are still too sensitive to changes during the conditioning period.

Crank up that HDR setting for discoloration. We want the color to stand out. That color is similar to the color of my glans after 10 minutes on the LM routines. It's just conditioning period. If it's still that color after another week, we'll search for a more flexible wrapping method.
 
On day 22, still having some issues with purple glans and losing sensation. Usually comes later in the day after the second or third rewrap of the penis and restrapping into the Sizegenetics, which, not worth 300 dollars not even close, uncomfortable ass plastic and metal that it is. Also the SG marketing is kind of lies. It is far from any kind of comfortable, i cannot use it while laying anyway but on my back, and the base hurts my pelvis a lot, its hardly useable while sitting unless poor posture is adopted.

I kind of want to get my 300 back and get the silistretcher instead it looks better. Frustrating, and 22 days in still no gains. Not liking this any more.

Been wrapping around my scrote to try and add comfort, but the base is still hurting my pubic bone.

I cannot overcome the discomfort and issues, and being forced to constantly remove and readjust is unacceptable. This was marketed as a stealth comfortable long term wear device with no mention of constantly needed breaks, base discomfort issues or glans strangulation issues. It is none of these things, and barely useable while simply sitting or laying on my side owing to turtling and slippage, even after careful wrapping and application of gripping aids to my penis.

It is cheaply made, barely works for intended purposes and honestly the amount of inconvenience and discomfort I have experienced over the last 80 hours of use for 0 gain has not been worth it. Haven't moved a cm on size. No way Ill make it to 600 hours like this, even an hour is pretty agnozing. And still no feeling of a stretch, just discomfort.

Double and triple checks everything before sinking your money into a tool. I do a full year of research on everything before sinking my money into anything. Well, most things.

Double and triple checks everything before sinking your money into a tool. I do a full year of research on everything before sinking my money into anything. Well, most things.
Of all the things I found at the time this seemed the most reasonable. Now that I've seen the silistretcher though (hadn't till after I bought the SG, of course), that one seems way more reasonable. I'll be attempting to buy that soon, hoping to get the SG refunded first. Upset about wasting money so far, but that's how these things go sometimes.

Definitely not abandoning PE, not after finding the brotherhood and that this stuff works, but my main device for achieving PE needs to change, or I'll never make it.

I'd do more manual if I could find the time, but that's a hard ask.

Before you buy the SiliStretcher, as yourself if you want to pursue the length in shorter amount of time, or take your time stretching out.

If you're looking to stretch your penis out with gusto and fast, trade in the SG, halt on the SS, and go for the Length Master 3. Why? Max time spent on the length around 20 to 40 minutes, and spend that remaining time in a passive wrapping. I use the SiliStretcher to tackle both the length and girth as the same time, especially the glans's expansion due its unique suction cup, and every waking hour, I try to use the SS to keep my length elongated during healing. You can do the same using Uncle Jim's wrap like our brother SIM.

So think carefully on what you want to get.

Speedy results are preferred (I mean, who wouldn't prefer faster), but as I am currently not sharing a bed with anyone, it isn't the only factor for me, more than anything I am just seeking good results and stealth. I was seeking an ADS that allowed me to carry on with life, and the SG seemed to fit that bill. Sadly it doesn't in reality. When even sitting becomes a chore, somtin wong.

I know that feeling. Since you are not sharing a bed with anyone, and if you have at least 1 hour of freedom time for privacy, it will be worth the investment for the Length Master. Wearing the SS, depending on the cup size, can be slightly conspicuous as it does show along the leg throught the pants if you wear skin hugging clothing. If you wear loose clothing, not a problem. You can also wear the SS at any angle you want to conceal it behind your shirt/t-shirt on days that you can't wear the SS straight down along your legs. I wear mine down most of the time to get the most aggressive pull, and either to the sides when I need to conceal it while running about. I even cycle and jog with it on.

When you decide to purchase the SS, do look into all 3 sizes, or at least 2 sizes. Do know that there is a weird in between growth phases that the SS cups cannot provide. There's a 1.5in, 2in, and 2.5in. Unfortunately, there's no 1.75in and 2.25in. Because there's no in between size cups, if you move too much, you'll get movement between the cup's wall and your glans. You can cause blister due to friction. Those who use the SS cups wrap a Theraband layer around the base and the glans's corona (the rim) before suction. This stabilizes the penis from movement due to that weird in between size gaps. I created an invert conical ring around the glans right now for testing to act as a pressure ring and currently testing it. It works, but still need a bit of adjustment.

They offered to "help" resolve my issues, but I've yet to receive anything help wise. Said some people see gains in a few weeks, some don't, apparently I am a sufferer of the device and not one of the early gainers.

They offered to "help" resolve my issues, but I've yet to receive anything help wise. Still trying with the SG, I took a couple days off but now my hand is being forced to keep going with this, at least until I can afford to replace it, or somehow manage 600 hours of discomfort.

So as much as I am grumpy about this now, might as well keep trying to struggle through.

On the plus side, thus far no injuries or other issues, and I've been gaining knowledge here in the brotherhood. I am excited for future PE gains. DLD wrist blasters are pretty great and give a good controllable stretch. Great idea, including the wrist.

So, for assistance to the other brothers who may encounter my issue with pelvic discomfort, I found a solution at least to issues with the base.

I wrapped two layers of ace bandage around the base of the device.
> cut ace bandage in half vertically, giving two long strips. Fold both of those long strips in half and squeeze them together. This will give you two skinny strips with double thickness of standard ace.

Take the first strip and put it into the back of the base, where the base would meet your pelvis. You may need to cut horizontally to shorten the strip. The idea is to create a layer between the plastic and your pelvis. This won't just easily stay and is quite fiddly, but bear with it a second.

take the second strip and starting in one of the corners, start wrapping in a helical motion around the back outside and front inside of the base, while keeping the first layer as conformed to the back of the base as possible. This will pin the first layer of ace bandage to the base to create a layer, while adding additional padding from the strip securing the first strip. Keep wrapping helically all the way around until you meet back with your initial starting point. Take the starting point and the ending point of the wrapped bandage and tie them together so a knot is made facing outward to the sides of the base.

That should create reasonable enough padding to prevent or at least minimize discomfort. It may not be pretty but helps

So, for assistance to the other brothers who may encounter my issue with pelvic discomfort, I found a solution at least to issues with the base.

I wrapped two layers of ace bandage around the base of the device.
> cut ace bandage in half vertically, giving two long strips. Fold both of those long strips in half and squeeze them together. This will give you two skinny strips with double thickness of standard ace.

Take the first strip and put it into the back of the base, where the base would meet your pelvis. You may need to cut horizontally to shorten the strip. The idea is to create a layer between the plastic and your pelvis. This won't just easily stay and is quite fiddly, but bear with it a second.

take the second strip and starting in one of the corners, start wrapping in a helical motion around the back outside and front inside of the base, while keeping the first layer as conformed to the back of the base as possible. This will pin the first layer of ace bandage to the base to create a layer, while adding additional padding from the strip securing the first strip. Keep wrapping helically all the way around until you meet back with your initial starting point. Take the starting point and the ending point of the wrapped bandage and tie them together so a knot is made facing outward to the sides of the base.

That should create reasonable enough padding to prevent or at least minimize discomfort. It may not be pretty but helps
I've done that in the past as well. It does provide some comfort level. What I found the best comfort is to use rubber foam. Rubber foam can be as simple as a pipe noodles that you can find at the local hardware store. Or you can use the foam padding that comes from a floor slider. The one from the noodles is the best for comfort due to the cushions and the air pockets. The one from the slider is thicker, it provides better padding, but much more harder to put on.

I also noticed that some of my colleagues help their patients by dipping into soft silicone. The soft silicone helps with a very good padding around the base. Some trimming is needed after coating.

I have been considering something like Gorilla Tape foam lining as well, but the pool noodle idea is great.

Back the, we PE brothers went a bit crazy on quite a few ideas. But when soft silicone came out, that was the ticket. Get the soft silicone mold mix to test things out. It's fast, easy, hygienic, and much more comfortable on the skin. Just a bit of test trial to play with. Pool noodles may be a bit thick. The pipe insulation noodles are better, as they are skinnier but softer, designed to maximize heat expulsion/retention while maintain as slim as possible.

I wished theere was easy mixtures of the silicone back then. Now, they have tons of type, from hard, to ultra skin soft. My wife made me create a silicone breast lift honey comb system for her bikini and low riser bras for night gowns. Man, that was some interesting time using the silicone. Experience gained for the PE brothers too.

I know there are at least 4 engineers in the forum monitoring doing PE and monitoring all of us. Wish they chime in rather than remaining silent. They tend to have better ideas than me. Of of them is actually doing the penis pump retrofiting for sideward curvature correction insert right now. He has that problem and is trying to test it on himself. He and I are working on the angle corrective measure while still providing comforts and proper expansions. PE is a world of craziness.
 
So I am ready to commit to the LM3 as the SG just isn't working out for me due to some anatomical issues and huge discomfort problems in all the wrong areas. I may revisit the SG or use it as an ancillary device but want to move on to better tools. Haven't been able to procure soft silicone as a test yet, that is in the works.

@DLD as I am unable to message you directly I put a post on your profile regarding the sleeves that come with 100$+ orders. The free discount isn't applying to sleeves I try to get and wording only mentions 7/8 width sleeves which are too large, but I definitely want sleeves to cement gains. Would you be able to assist me with this?
