Intensity vs Volume

So I know this is brought up a lot but here I notice there is a large emphasis on intensity. I can understand this aspect, but in my experience with PE I only gained with quick (no more than half a second), light jelqs at a very high volume. (Started with 5 mins and worked my up to 20 mins in one week with no more than 1 rest day). I ended up with a .5 inch gain in girth after 2 weeks (not kidding). half of that was EQ gain, however. I have experimented with more intensity (harder stretches, harder jelqing, hard erect squeezes, and 540 bundled stretches and have either overtrained (lost EQ) or injured myself.
What is your take on this? Does lots of intensity not apply to everyone?

Consistency is what matters in PE.....
Whatever one is doing, whether intense or softcore, he must be consistent with his PE routine

Yea, I kept doing the jelqing routine after the gains for a few months and didn't see gains, that when I started increasing intensity and got injured a lot. Now i am looking to start back but I was just wondering if anyone here vouches for "softcore". (that's a good way to put it) PE or has seen success with it. Based off of my history I am starting to think going softer and just doing more is the better way to go since I overtrain easily.

Whatever works for you keep the hard, intense work... Mix it up whatever works... I go intense sometimes. But then after pumping and doing LengthMaster stretches it hurts so I do light and less intense stretches, jelqing. Happy Stretching!!!

But I get injured when I do intense hard work....hmmm I don't think its smart to stretch until it hurts... sounds like a good way to injure yourself.
 
Yes thats excellent thats exactly why you listen to your body because you don't want to hurt yourself.
Check out using weights to enlarge penis(by rick vermont) on YouTube iys only about 4 minutes but explains really well about starting out so light to start swinging weights. 2000 years of hanging weights in Asia and reported in Africa still today and Egypt as well... ?️ ? ?‍♂️

Oh yea I misread you. I could be wrong but I think those Asian guys that hang all that weight from their penises are impotent.
 
Maybe there's a reason they have the most population of people in the world ? ? And so many make light hearted fun about Asian penis size. Yet so many are humble, wise & respectful like Master Tu, Mantak Chia & many others.
