So I know this is brought up a lot but here I notice there is a large emphasis on intensity. I can understand this aspect, but in my experience with PE I only gained with quick (no more than half a second), light jelqs at a very high volume. (Started with 5 mins and worked my up to 20 mins in one week with no more than 1 rest day). I ended up with a .5 inch gain in girth after 2 weeks (not kidding). half of that was EQ gain, however. I have experimented with more intensity (harder stretches, harder jelqing, hard erect squeezes, and 540 bundled stretches and have either overtrained (lost EQ) or injured myself.
What is your take on this? Does lots of intensity not apply to everyone?
