how many of you have asked yourselves about how real PE is,how many inches are hidden in there,we have the living proof DLD went from 6.5 to 10 took,I went from 5.3 or so to 7+Bpel
And so many other guys that have gained,wonder if the amount of "inner" inches can be different on every human or most humans have basically the same inner length in inches??
 
Now you are on the path to greatness with these questions. :)

I think the inner penis is like the unlockable level or boss in a video game that will yield a great reward!
 
Time flies D have to add it to the routine I'm having now see how actually yeah they're part of the routine o can feel the "inner"penis Whit that exercise..

No shit I can’t believe that express of stretching is 16 years old!
 
Yep I have only been able to pull two inches out LOL but they are still unstable I could lose them if I quit PE, not a good idea after all
 
Everybody has internal penis how much does not really matter because the most you’re going to pull forward would be a maximum of an inch maybe two if you put tons of effort in. I’m average man has 4 to 8 inches of internal penis.

Mmm pulling tons of effort is impossible using only our weak arms LOL.Would like to have at least 4 inches of inner penis and pull them out asap.lol
 
I have a question regarding inner penis......

When I reach semi-erect state, I can feel a cylindrical ark just below of balls........
Is this the inner penis?
And how do I bring it out (manually)......?

I have read the article but didn't understand.... :(

All men have between five and 10 inches of internal penis which can be traced from the scrotum back. The way to access for some stretch it is through DLD expressive stretching. There are a few different exercises that will accomplish this. If you’re going manual group at the extreme base and stretch from there. If you have a pump go for the hard-core stretches. If you have an LM you can do low grip LM stretches or hole stretching.
 
I tried expressive stretching.....
What I did is that I grabbed my whole package and stretched it outward.....
However, I could only feel my skin being stretched out......

What am I doing wrong?

If you’re doing this manual do you want to make sure that your only stretching the penis and not the whole package or you’ll be stretching skin in areas you don’t want to mainly turkey neck. What I do is a leave enough skin below my hand that it gives me room to stretch and the remainder of my skin I put above my hand. you need only a little bit of space to grip inner penis.

There are also other message available that you may like more. Hard-core stretches are incredible if you have a pump. LM Hole stretching and low grip stretching is superior In my experience.

But before all that try what I suggested in the first paragraph. Leaving that little bit of room should make all the difference.

A piece of PVC pipe is a great way to mimic the power assist
 
So the exercises we do will never be permanent or what?

Of course their permanent why would you think differently? The only thing that’s not permanent is maybe four weeks of training that may not be cemented yet. Once your growth has been cemented it never goes back. And it’s also wise to follow the healing techniques found an SRT as you will cement your growth that much faster
 
I still don't know the difference between expressive stretching and erect stretches. What I normally do is, I put my erect penis through the hole of the power assist, and then I grab the base and pull to the right and left side.

Is this erect stretches or expressive stretching @DLD

You’re basically doing an erect expressive stretch. Anytime we’re stretching from the base of the penis we are stretching internal penis. Erect stretching is simply stretching your penis when you’re erect.

I see. This means I've never really done any expressive stretches. I will put that in mind.

my brother if you ever don’t understand something please just come right back to me so I can explain it to you. It’s very important that you do expressive stretching as it’s a whole new angle on growth. So don’t be shy my brother I want you to make the most of your routine and get the best growth possible.

This one is new to me. I thought you said before that 4 to 8 inches could be pulled out.

Also, does de-turtling have anything to do with encouraging the inner penis to come out?

Good question I'm wearing a silisleeve right now n that keeps the penis from turtling..
 
Ok we can gain One to two inches the most...ok but we have 4 to 8 inches of internal penis n we won't be able to get them off lol so I'm five inches long i could only get 7" in length that'd be my max...

I think most people can stretch about 2 inches of internal penis outward if they concentrate on expressive stretching long enough. Red is a good example, he’s doing everything express which is going to bring him gain from a completely different angle.
 
I've been stuck at a two inch length gain for years. I think that the vast majority of it was from de-turtling . I think I will just concentrate more on tunica and ligs.

I have heard other people have talked about a two inch max gain when it comes to length

The first 2 inches for me for six months the second 2 inches took a decade

I wouldn't think the body would care whether it sits on the inside or the outside. As long as its a slow burn. Your not ripping it right off. Especially only 1 inch. Same meatus. Besides,I sort of like that its a little scary.(like) Ive never really had anything good come to me that wasn't a little bit scary in one form or another. DLD's been pulling wang for a decade. I think he would have noticed some serious issues by now.
 
It would be cool if others here would decide on giving expressive stretching a go using a power assist or lengthmaster if they have one.
My whole new routine is based on just expressive stretching, and I've been doing that for a few weeks now every other day.

Its very intense, probably why not many stick it, and it has to be the whole package through, which makes it tricky at times to execute when new I should imagine.

Would be very good to have more onboard with this, at the moment I feel like flying alone, not much from members who have gained using it because no one used it long enough from all the reading I have done anyway, only DLD. However they all stated changes about to happen, better hang in some cases, never read anything negative. I can only surmise that most quiet due to it being a difficult stretch, and from my 20+ years doing penis enlargement on and off I have never come across such an intense stretch as expressive stretches.

Im in! I am just starting to reap the benefits of bundled stretching. It was insant insanity for me. First week I had awesome expansion and longer hang. Its like I could feel it grow new choad in my pants in a weeks time. My tunica was obviously in lame shape. I am very grateful for this bundled wisdom that was dicovered by DLD. Insane in the membrane....... It was definately one of those ah-ha moments for me fo sho. I did my expressive stretching this morning utilizing my pump as its all I have at the moment. INTENSE. I cant wait to see where I'm at with it in a months time with this..

A very big aha moment! When I invented bundled stretching it had nothing to do with PE it had to do with wringing out a towel. I fell upon it completely by mistake. But I know that day when I was wringing out that towel and it became longer I knew I was onto something.
