Yes I have the LM. I will be using the power assist workouts then. thank you

Use a combination of Length Master plates to do initial stretches with bundled (twisting) of the penis to break down the tissues first, then follow up with the Power Assist to maximize your tissue bending or stretching. An example is a lateral tissue softening using the plates to stretch using the bundled BTC (between the cheeks), and once the tissues is nice and loose, use the Power Assist to do the bow and arrow pulls, or even the twister around the Power Assist ring to do advanced stretches.

I can honestly say to this very day that the Power Assist is one crazy advanced device that I can only do 4 exercises with. The rest are like the Ultimate Challenges for me to work up to.

I thought that you are supposed to do the power assist first and then do the LM session as per SRT (expressive stretching). This is what I am currently doing and it's working pretty good but you are saying it's better to do it the other way around?

You can do both PowerAssist and Lengthmaster together for best results. Bundled stretches are the most effective stretching possible. If you feel the Lengthmaster is too much go for PowerAssist stretches for a few weeks until you are able to start Lengthmaster.

As DLD indicated, Power Assist can be completed together with Length Master's routines. The reason why Power Assist should be done after Length Master's routines is because Length Master's routines is more single vector dynamic rather than fulcrum based dynamics. What do I mean by that? Think about your penis in the plates. The Length Master is focused on a single directional stretch at a time. The dynamic portion is the amount of traction force used to pull the penis with. The traction force can be light, to moderate, and then to high, all based on what you're looking to work on the tissues for the specific gains.

The Power Assist portions refocused on the specific zones of the penis you're trying to correct, such as bending, angle stretching, multi-angle force stretched (A-angle, Pretzel Pull, Bow Stretches, Base Pull, etc). The amount of intensity is nearly twice as much as just standard Length Master pulls to weaken and stress the tissues along the entire penis. The Length Master is also used to perform ligament and base muscle stressing that the Power Assist cannot perform.

So what comes first? Length Master or Power Assist? Depending on what you want to attack first. But for standard lengthening attack approach, we go for the Length Master first, follows by Power Assist to maximize specific penile targets we want to correct or enhance. If you use Power Assist fist to target specific zone, then switch over to the Length Master, you may over stress the tissues specific zones way too early, making your penis reach fatigue too rapidly before you want to target the specific zones you want for your penis routines.

I tried yesterday stretching with the LM first and the Power assist stretches after, and IMO it is more comfortable to do power assist first and LM second. From my personal experience the Power assist stretch acts as a kind of warm-up for the much more intense LM session so putting a little more fatigue in the penis only benefited me because it was easier to stretch in the LM session.
Post session elongation (or temporary gains) were also bigger and longer when doing the power assist first and the LM session second.
This is my personal experience though.

You are half right. It can be used to target near the base using a fulcrum approach. A fulcrum approach is when the penis is bent near the base, and your other hand is used to pull the penis in the opposite direction. It cannot stress the ligaments like the pull from the plated penis using the length master.

Correct. When using the LM3, you can stress the penis laterally by twisting it, and longitudinally by pulling it. By having both lateral and longitudinal force at the same time, you stress the penis in proper uniformity to break the bonds equally across the penis.

The Power Assist can only focus on part at a time because of the "ring" design. The ring can only focus the pressure and force at a touched area where the penis goes into. But because of a single point of contact in and on the ring, the pressure and intensity increased dramatically.
