Hey guys today I had long session of stretching and now I had blood bubble on my head.
Did you have similar experience. Is it going to stay like that ? What should I do I’m a little worried

What routine are you doing and with which device? That looks like a blister. Just take a few days off from PE and allow it heal on it's one. It might take up to 8 days to disappear.

I'm curious to know what type of long session of stretching you did that resulted to this blister.

A lot of stretching and at the end vacuum pump and than vacuum penis extender..

Like huge-girth asked, what stretches? High intensity stretches put a lot of stress on the glans's skin, prepping for a blister to happen. Follow by a good helping of too high of a vacuum pressure after the skin fatigue from the stretches, a bloody blister happens. This is quite common for going too hard and too fast. This is why we tend to space it out. Hard stretches in the morning or a few hours before, light to moderate pump pressure right after. Then alternate to moderate stretches, and moderate to high (toward 10 inHg) pump vacuum pressure. This is where you must find your baseline of what's good and bad for your routine. Once you get into the routine long enough, your baseline will shift to higher and harder capacity.

Take it easy and rest to allow the blister to reabsorbed back into the body.

Thanks guys for the support!
I was pretty scared that this will stay like that forever.

To be honest since I’m a newbie it will be hard for me to tell you what exactly was my stretching routine since I’m trying to find my way around and just doing a little bit of that a little bit of something else.

The mistake many new brothers here make is that, they try to create a routine on their own which most of the time leads to injuries like this one.

Which extender are you using? You are suppose to use your extender and be done with the extender session before pumping. You shouldn't pump first before using an extender.

@StefanPetrov We were all newbies at one point, and starting on something, we tend to go too hard right off the starting point. I learned my mistakes and resumed my PE at a moderate and control level. However, this still don't exclude us from suffering what you have as well. Our bodies do change day by day, and we have to keep adjusting our routine by discovering the baselines every few weeks. This is why this brotherhood keeps reminding everyone to keep logs. lots and lots of logs. Some of us, like me, have logs going back decades. What works versus what don't work will come about in hindsight. Keep at it, but ease back just a bit after you rest for healing.

Be mindful that after healing, your glans's skin where the blister happened will be tender and young. Don't over push it. Go easy until you know the skin is good for another couple of weeks before you push to moderate level. Easy level is the standard pressure against your glans. If you pump, take notice how much pressure (if you have a gauge) without micro blister formation. If you discover micro blister formation, log it, and stay at that level for both stretches (based on the pressure against the glans) and pumping. One week to solidify the intensity adjustment, one more week to be sure, and then creep up at 1 to 1.5 inHg. 1 inHg is around 25 mmHg. That is enough to expand your skin 1 to 1.5mm. if you don't have good pliable skin, this is more than enough to create micro skin tears (fissures) and your glans suffers blisters to bleeding issues.

Always be in the know.

Guys doesn’t seem it’s getting any better, should I pop it or just wait
As HG indicated, it will leave a scar-like tissue on the glans. Here's my experience for leaving and popping.

Leaving it: the blister will go away in 5 to 10 days. During that time, the blister looks like it stays there. In reality, what's pooling is merely that, pooling. The tissue below is healing. Eventually, that upper tissue will flatten and the liquid will disband, and the blister tissue will peel off, exposing the healed tissue below. No possible point of open infection.

Popping it: if you're healthy, there will not be any possible path of infection. Remember that our penis is trapping moisture and bacteria loves to thrive there even when you're washing twice a day. Popping will remove the blister, exposing the damaged tissue to air, and reinforce healing even faster by a few days. However, you're open for possible infection and require to use bacitricin on a daily basis, twice a day. At the same time, the exposed wound as the blister skin now pealed in a couple days may cause you to also bleed. Yes, bleed. This is part of the healing process as the blood provides plasma for both protection and healing. Using IR and NIR+ will accelerate the healing even more by two days. But when using red light therapy, don't add on any ointment. Wash up with warm water and soap, use the light, then add on the ointment. Total healing time is between 3 to 7 days compared to leaving it alone and using the light, which takes 5 to 10 days.

Mix method: I have a mix method to control blisters. Using a sewing needle (28 gauge), or any 24 to 26 gauge medical needle, you can punch a very tiny hole to allow the fluid to escape, BUT, do not over puncture to go directly in into the glans too deeply. Puncture the blister sideway, gently, and very shallow. Once the fluid escape, the remaining plasma in the fluid will help to seal up the hole. Use bacitracin ointment to protect that blister area for the next few days. The tissue will start healing, while the blistered upper skin remains intact to protect the wounded site. Skin will peal off in 3 to 4 days, and the healing area will already be ready for the pealing within that time. Saving a day or two off the total healing process.

Overall, don't be impatient. Just allow the body to heal naturally.

Very informative. Thanks for sharing this brother.

Never pop blisters. Blisters are there for a reason (protect the skin under). It's your body natural response to heal the skin.
Exactly if you pop it you're gonna end up with a scar for life. let it run its course

Hey brother
Have had the exact same thing in almost the exact same place as you.
It will heal with no issue, just leave it alone, if it pops then that's ok, just leave it until the wound has healed up completely and do not do any PE until this happens.

First off we pray you heal and learn and then once you are good, you should finally reveal what was this long session. Many here have helped so please help another newbie on what extreme you did early, all you say is a long session. Any newbie reading this, will know what it means to not be properly informed and overdoing it. How long was the stretch, do you feel you were slowly building or did you go aggressive at the start, time in pump, Hg in pump, air or water pump, did you warm up, how long have you done PE? How much did you research and learn about PE before starting?

Hello brother I will try to recall the main points.
So the day before I’ve did warming 5 min , than air pump, than bundle stretches than 2h of vacuum penis extender. In the evening I saw that there is a small blood dot no the spot of the injury but silly me I’ve ignored that…

The next day I pretty much went for the same but this time I experimented with make air pumping after the bundle stretches. Than I saw the bubble on the stage 10 min after the air pump.

I hope this helps guys. Thank you one again for the support !!!! God bless you

This is the injury I had. Identical to yours, it's now gone completly and I haven't had it since from learning how to properly wrap my penis when stretching.

Very smart advice. You never wanna pop a blister or anything else. Let it run its course on its own.

Thanks but what hg on the air pump? and how long on the air pump the day before and after? Was it more than 10 hg?

Also, are you warming on the RED & NIR light?

Finding the perfect time for warm up and warm down.Is very critical. You do not want to cause harm, but you want to make the best growth, whether it be the warm up or the warm down possible. I suggest going with a minimum time and building yourself up to a more intense time. But take your time because what's most important is you benefit the most out of what you're doing

Hey guys so all was good until today. The blister healed and there was even not a scar.

Today I made 1 h of penimaster and there is again a small blue blood spot on the same place.

So I can’t continue my PE. What should I do?

You need to stop vacuum pumping until there is no more wound and then a little bit longer to be certain. If you keep pumping on where a cut used to be that isn't gone then it'll continue to blister.

Also use bacistracin to heal quicker
