Increase width? - Specific exercises + Routine Critique request

The issue: Girth is deceiving

Total girth = 11cm (5 3/8 inches)
Width on top = 4cm (1 1/2 inches)
Width on side = 4.6cm (1 7/8 inches)

My routine does include some stretching but at a total BP length of just under 8" it's not the focus, more part of a warm up.

What I am currently doing to increase width:

Various stretches to warm up 5-15 minutes
Bundled A Stretches: 30 (These are part of warmup but end stretching portion with these)
DLD Bends: 15-20 at various parts of the shaft
Isolated compression squeezes: 10 (I find I can't do many of these without feeling pain)
Compression squeezes: 50 (I do these typically at a later part of the day when I still have remnants of coconut oil as I couldn't do them dry like in video)
EDIT: I left out:
DLD C Jelqs 30-50
Hand clamped jelqs 30 (Basically one hand clamps at extreme base, kegel blood as you move other hand just behind prior hand and jelq up point is to have extreme expansion and not let blood out)

Have done PE off and on for 10 years. Have been consistent past 3-4 months.

Looking for thoughts and if you gents have any recommendations or experience focusing on width, specifically.

Most penis, if not all penis, are like yours. The shaft height of the penis is normally wider than the upper width. The reasoning is the three chambers of the penis: two of the corpa cavernosas and the corpus spongiosum surrounding the urethra. They don't form a perfect circle, but they form a stacked, rounded-edge triangle closer to a deformed ellipse. The fatter the penis, the rounder it pears, all due to the expansion of the corpa cavernosa chambers.

So, if you're looking for girth expansion, add in a whole lot more SSJ into the mix. I'm feeling you're only using manual expansion and stretching methods and no tools. The compression squeeze is part of the DLD Blasters, but also add in the SSJ, which is a modified form of the DLD Blasters. If you have to rob time away from the DLD Bends, unless you're correcting your penis's curvature, refocus that time to do 5 minutes of SSJ, follows by the 50 C-jelqs to increase blood flow and blood vessels diameters. This is critical as your penis gets larger. You don't need a garden hose for fill up the penis. You need a fire fighting hose.

5 mins SSJ with 50 C-jelqs, minimum of 5 sets.
 
I dealt with width for a long time but when I invented DLD toilet compression squeeze. This exercise is simple and fast and effective. With a erect penis as your sitting on toilet simply push the penis against the seat hitting the entire shaft. This worked for me taking about 1/2 inch from my depth and converted to width.
