I am currently doing the phase 4 routine :
DLD's Shock Stretch Super-Sets
This is done everyday!
Bundled A-Stretch Blasters
Get into the Bundled A-Stretch. Once in position stretch at 80% strength while doing a 5 second kegel smoothly go into a reverse kegel stretching at 100% for 10 seconds. You will do 10 of these
Then go right into
Tunica Rotary Stretch
Grip your flaccid penis just below the glans with one hand while the other hand grips the scrotum. Pulling upward at 100% while stretching the scrotum down at 100%. In this position do 50 Rotary stretches.
Do 4 more sets. Rest for 30-60 seconds between each set.
DLD's Erect Stretches
This is done everyday!
Explanation:
Starting with a 100% erection stetch penis upward in the direction of your erection. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds. Rest for 20 seconds. During this rest period get yourself 100% erect for the next rep.
Do 10 sets of the above.
I am wondering if I stretch 3-4 times a day if it is better than 1-2 with this routine .
