How much time did it took you to gain 3"?

I'm 44 I have been doing pe in my mid 20s off and on I gained my last inch in the last 2 yrs my ultimate goal is to gain 1.5 " that will bring me to 9" any thang is possible no limits

This will help motivate me & others ? we all want that extra 2" but can't keep up
It's not a competition ? ...results won't be the same even for brothers with the same time and effort..This gentleman has had 20 years of on/off PE. I am surprised he has not gained 6+ inches in that span.
I get the same reaction to my gains, but you have to see, 10+ years is A LONG TIME.

I air pumped for 6 yrs that gave me 2 " then I found mos forum and did basic stretches for 2 hrs every day for 1 to 2 yrs that gave me 3 " I just need to gain 1.5 " to be at my ultimate goal 9" I am 7 1/2 " right nowAgree! What the heck did you do?

I don't take rest days if I can help itI’m not sure if two days of rest is even necessary with this work out.
You can get a 1 or 2hr workout in by just watching a movie on tv in your room just be sure you lock the door lolNow that's why I didn't get those 2"
Can't spend time like that ? but I guess I have to...
I recommend you to focus on girth now on . It's good length need to be bigger and wider
2 inches took me six months the remaining 2 inches took me nine years.
What ever time you have us it for pe I like to dedicate 1 day for Leanth master the 2nd day for power assist and the 3rd day hanging.Unfortunately I only have like 30 to 40 mins to use my LM on weekdays bit more on weekend s

This is for those who doesn't believe that 3 inches length gains is possible. It has a lot to do with your mindset.
