So... I want to buy Duros silisleeve for maintaining length and healing after training. The thing is, that I am not sure, what sized sleeve I should buy. Should I buy sleeve that is my target length (8 inches). And for girth... should I get sleeve with my erect girth measurement? Advice on this matter is well apreciated.

While waiting for someone with more experience to chime in, keep in mind you will need to cut it if you buy it that long. The top side of penis is longer than bottom. Measure from the base of glans to penis/scrotum point. This will give a good idea on length to get.

I'm still waiting for someone to respond to my thread how the stiffer sleevs may affect girth being u are compressing.

Since we're talking passive stretch, I believe you want the length to about equal your current bpfsl measurement, and likewise fit snug so girth around your current flaccid measurement. It should explain sizing on the store page.
