Hi! Im looking for help and advice on the most effective and efficient PE to achieve permanent gains! I’m new! I have some experience doing PE, for example: I use a bathmate hydroextreme and I do intense jelqing techniques. I’ve seen some gains I feel like but they go away because I’m not consistent, I get busy. And I get overwhelmed sometimes because I feel like my jelqing isn’t working, one day I’m getting crazy blood flow from my base to the head of my P and other days I can’t even get semi erect to perform the work outs, I have to stop for like 2-3days in order for my P to recover so I may resume Jelq workouts. I try to lose interest in this “hobby” or whatever but my insecurity too loud! I don’t want to give up I’m 21 and I will have a massive mini sequoia tree. I don’t care how long it takes! I just need the right guidance from someone who has achieved crazy Girth and Length gains. Help!

I also have a HydroXtreme as well. However, what you're using may not be enough to keep the expansion sufficient for your gains. And there may be inconsistency, causing that expansion to lapse as well. You may have one day of good expansion, and then the next few days, or even a week, without. This is from the lack blood flow as you indicated. It has to be constant. Don't go extreme one day and hardly with other days.

So, since you know a bit about PE, let's get you back to PE the right way. First, read this:


Always know what PE is a marathon, a steady run, not a quick sprint by swinging from one extreme end to the next. Consistency is the key, and self discipline is a must. Before any pumping, a quick newbie routine for 5 to 15 minutes to get the blood properly flowing in the SRT menu. Select 3 to 5 exercises.

The problem with the HydroXtreme is the lack of a gauge. When you don't know how much pressure you're using, you won't know where you're at. This is why a gauge is essential. I modified my HydroXtreme with a gauge for that purpose.


You do have some experience with jelqing, but do you have any knowledge of SSJ (slow squash jelq)? The method is to use the 5x5x3 baseline, which is a combination of pumping, jelqing, and a minimum amount of sets, but at the same time, applying heat as you go. The HydroXtreme is set for water to use heat as part of the routine. Knowing how to apply heat, roughly between 102F to 106F is a perfect way to do things. 102F is to get your tissues to be malleable. 104F to 106F is to keep the deeper tissues to be as malleable as possible during the jelqing.

So, start out with simple SRT newbie routine to loosen your tissues. Keep the heat source applied as much as possible along the way. Switch over to 5 minutes of SSJ. Once the internal pressure is prime to expand the spongiosa, switch over to the pump. We're not sure where you are right now in the pressure, so you have to let us know. Pump just enough to get your erected penis feels expanded. DO NOT over expand. You overwork the tissues, and your erection quality will drop. This was what happened to you in the past. Then repeat between the SSJ and pumping. Start with 3 sets, 5 minutes per exercise.

Once you're done, switch over to a post pumping routine. It's quite simple. Using a penile band, cock ring, or whatever you have. Strap/wrap it at the base of your penis. Just allow a full amount of blood volume to enter your penis. The full amount of blood volume is the erection blood volume. If you use the band/ring/strap correctly, you'll see your blood exiting your penis within 3 to 5 minutes as your penis goes from plump to flaccid. That's perfectly fine. You just want to slow that blood from exiting, BUT DO NOT TRAP THE BLOOD more than 5 minutes. Again, get another erection to get the blood back in. Resume the post routine in a 5 minutes cycle of allowing the blood to linger in your penis, and keep going between 30 to 40 minutes. This method is a remodeling technique we discovered worked best as post pumping routine. Some like to do a few hundreds quick jelqs and kegel-reverse kegel exercises to get the blood to help with the cellular regeneration. This is the easier method.

The last thing to do is to keep the penis elongated. Wrap your penis up using soft flexible sport tape, or you can use a good slightly stiff penis sleeve that keep your penis a full erection length. No, you don't have to keep it erected. As long as you can keep the length extended is the key to allow the internal expansion chamber to heal in an expanded state.
