I need Help with my routine

This is my routine the last 3 week's:
5 min warm up
5 min bundle tunica stretches
5 min expressive stretches manual
The basic stretches from DLD SRT routine x3 sets Aprrox 35min

After I wear my size genetics for 1-2 hours with velcro strap at 1200-1500g and I wear the size genetics another 2-4 hours at total in the day. I am training 5 days on 2 days off.
My lot is low 6 or 7 so I am having 2 questions. Should I wear the size genetics upward or downward? What else should I add to improve my routine ?
Also I haven't got big success with wrap after the extender because I have to re-wrap every 20 min no matter how tight I use it so i don't use wrap. Also for the extender I take it off every 20-30min to restore circulation .
I just bought my size genetics so I have to save some money before buying something else so please tell me in what order should I take the other products.

I think your actual routine looks pretty solid, with the exercises listed, and the amount done each day.

Don't pay attention to the LOT, because it has been disproved by DLD himself, it was just a theory, and if anything over the years it limited how men stretched.

Wearing the size genetics, I would do a mixture of upwards & downwards. Doesn't need to be complicated, or too technical, just a shift in direction now and again should be enough.

When your taking it off so often, is it too tight around your penis? are you using too much force? should be able to go longer then that.

Try using it on a lower tension, it may seem pointless without much force, but it gets the penis adjusted, and in a few weeks once that force is increased, the penis wont be pulling against it, circulation isn't as affected.

Also think about purchasing silisleeves, which can be used with the extender for an excellent grip, no wrap required.
 
Some times I could wear it for 40 min but sometimes 20 min is too much. Every time I am using it in a quite good force more than 1200g and less than 1500g. Would it be more beneficial for the same amount of time to have it with less force but instead of take it off every 30 min to increase that time in 60min ? Also it would be a good idea to add some jelqs or it would be too much ? Now for the grip I think I am okey with the velcro but I was thinking of buying silisleeves because I can not find how to wrap when I don't extend because I cut the circulation. Does they work also as the wrap or not ?
 
I would go with a lighter force, whats the lowest? I dont know off hand. Less force would be longer in the extension, and that is what you want. Once the penis becomes used to that force, you increase it.

I would not add any jelqs.

Yes, the silisleeves replace wrapping, you do not need wrapping with silisleeves.

I would especially follow lower force and longer time. With an extender a 20-40 minutes session doesn't sound very productive. It could be too much, too fast, when it comes to the tension applied.
You wouldn't go pumping the heaviest weight straight away at the gym, would you? At least one shouldn't if the idea is to grow in healthy way.

Other than that note, I think you're routine looks good. The sleeves are great, as RED said they can replace wrapping. That makes up in time a lot and it's so much less confusion!

I would like to ask you some questions . The silisleeves are used for keeping me In extended state so as to heal when I am not doing exercises ? If so what dimensions should I choose? My flaccid length is 4.3-4.8 inch and my bpfsl is 7.4. Do you think also is a good idea to add some jelqs in my routine as DLD does in srt? One last question is if I am keeping 40 min the extension and then take it off for restore circulation is a good use or I have to find a way to keep it for 1 hour or more ?
 
Buy a pack of those sleeves and you're set! ;) Now there's even the long kit available, but the regular kit should suit you well enough as well. Of course you can do a combo, get one shorter and other one longer.
They're suited for many more uses than just keeping you in extented state while healing.

Well, @REDZULU2003 said he wouldn't add any jelqs and he has a lot more experience than I do. I'm not big fan of jelqing anyway, unless it's the Slow Squash Jelq!

The 40 minute extension is better than nothing. I would really try to adjust it so that you can wear it for longer times. The force might seem very little if you do it like so, but as it has been mentioned, you can always add intensity!
It's better to build up from smaller weight set or force to more than the other way around.
If it's the matter of wrapping (too tight, too loose) then the silisleeves could be solution.
Just a reminder, I am not familiar with extenders, when it comes to using them anyway. ;)

I just order the silisleeves one 1x3.3 and one 0.75x5 but I didn't took the cup because I don't use pump. Looking forward to them! :)
Will I need to add any exercises for girth in addition to my current routine ? Such as SSJ or horse squeezes or ulis ? What I want is to gain in length but if by adding some girth exercises it doesn't affect my length gains or even compliment them I would like to do something.
 
Fantastic! :) I hope you'll enjoy them and that they add more to your PE exercises.

It's quite usual that a more girth oriented exercise will also add to length and vice versa.
Penis is a balloon, not a rope A study by DLD, I think that can clear out certain things.

I truly like SSJ's as they bring great expansion. Mostly that expansion is girth, but it will also affect length in a way. It's a good idea to stick with your routines for a while now, as Stillwantmore pointed out.
Being consistent with a well-planned routine is one of the keys to gaining: no guess work if I should add or substract from a routine and so on. At least for a while anyway, it's best to stick with a certain routine for several months and when it seems there's no more gains, it can be the time to kick up the routine a notch.
 
Hey Nick, you have been given some incredible advice from some great brothers here. I just want to put exclamation point on what Ark said; the SlowSquashJelq is far better than any other jelling exercise. So don’t waste your time on other girth exercises, stick with the SSJ. The only thing that will make the SSJ better is using SRT’s 5×5×3 Bathmate/SlowSquashJelq work out. You can gain up to an inch and temporary girth in one session!
 
Yeah, I wouldn't complicate it anymore then what you got.

Dont need jelqs at this stage. I have seen in some instances, not inferring you may be one, but when guys take on too much with more exercises, and sets, they get bogged down and it makes it harder.

Keep it simple, dedicated, and intense.
 
Today I tried 6 min erect stretches after my srt routine and I got 0.2 Bpel temporary gains. It would be a good idea to do erect stretches after each length routine or it will be counterproductive?

Erect stretches are never counterproductive even if you to do them all day. The point is that we can’t do them all day so get as much in as you can as erect stretching is what cements length gains.

Have you measured flaccid stretched, bone pressed to see if you have gained there? If no gain there we need a new routine. Give me a day to put something together. How much time can you dedicate each day? Do you have equipment I do not know about?

Also to be honest I would like to have a routine which will have less time on the sizegenetics if possible and more time on silisleeves.

As far as you being uncut are you able to access your head without sensitivity problems? What type of attachment are you using with your SizeGenetics?

I am using the velcro strap but without pulling back my skin. Yes I feel that my head is sensitive when I am touching it.

This could be part of the problem if your strapping in without the head being exposed you’re pretty much only stretching the skin. It’s very important that the head be exposed by retracting the foreskin and connecting directly below the Coronal Ridge. If you’re feeling discomfort and pain in these areas I highly recommend the SiliSleeve and cap as in the picture below that will provide protection, comfort and a much more gainful experience.

I will work on it tonight with the new information I have from you and hopefully have something up for you tomorrow. But you do have the sleeves already, correct?

Testical Health Massage and Stretch
to work out any retention.
With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

Apply SiliRing to keep pump as long as possible.

Finish the day with Kegel Routine
PC Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Thanks DLD for creating a routine for my needs but apart from the slow squash jelqs this was my routine. Do you want me in addition to pull my skin back in all the stretches or it is not that necessary ?

Yes that is necessary, all stretching should be with the skin retracted. I think this was the biggest issue with length, you were not retracting so the stretch went to skin not shaft or ligament. The SlowSquashJelqs will bring expansion so much quicker. What I would love to see you do please pick up a Lengthmaster and MityVac as this same routine I gave could be done soon much faster, especially if your penis is not getting the intensity necessary.

I am on tight budget but definitely both lengthmaster and MityVac is on my list. In 2-3 months I am planning to order them. I will follow this routine and I will update in 1 month. Thanks for the tips brother!

Awesome! I’m hoping the retraction fixes the length issue, i’m hoping the retraction fixes the length issue and the SlowSquashJelqs will bring more expansion. Once you receive your equipment hit me up again and I’ll write a new routine based around that.
