I need help with my MOS Order!!

I ordered a Super Starter #3 on 2/15/07 which I recieved. Thank you. I love it!

But I ordered ANOTHER package #3 for a friend (confimation # 492570) on 2/18/07 that still has NOT arrived and my credit card was charged on the 21st. I just want to make sure my order was sent. I've already emailed mosorders@mattersofsize.com twice with no response and the 888# is full.

PLEASE...respond back and confirm my order has been sent.

Orders get shipped once per week so it will more than likely be there before Wed.-Thurs.
