I need help for building my own routine

Hey guys, I hope that you have an awesome day so far!

So this is my current situation: I‘m 15cm long (BPEL) And have a 14cm girth (EGBase)

I have a slide bend towards left and forward.

My goal is to have 18cm BPEL and 16cm EGbase, as well as a perfectly straight penis.

I just want to stick to the basics, so which routine would you reccommend and which devices should i get? I am relatively new to PE
