I have an issue

Recently I've been unable to stretch without an erection. Usually i get erect in the morning, do erect stretches, then I masturbate to make it go down, then I do my regular flaccid stretches. The last few days I've been getting a solid boner 2 minutes after I'm done masturbating, like I don't even have 5 minutes of refractory period. Just pulling on my dick and putting pressure makes it hard even if I'm not aroused. Any ideas how to stop it?
 
Like I said, it's usually a mental thing...
...especially if your a newbie with PE-training. You're mentally conditioned to be stimulated when you handle your penis for any extended period of time. Just relax and work through it each time it occurs. I still get an occasional erection when doing PE length-training.

Your erection is a sign if being very healthy mentally and physically my friend. In your subconscious your brain knows that you're about to make your penis bigger and satisfy women like never before. That subconscious awareness triggers a signal from the brain to prepare for that moment and of course your penis reacts with an erection. I say mentally healthy because today men are so desensitized with adult entertainment, that a random thought or a woman in front of them is not enough to develop an erection. And physically of course because your penis is performing mechanically as expected upon receiving the signal from the brain.

Stay away from adult entertainment as much as you can. Convince yourself of finding pleasure in real life with a woman, or men depending on your preferences, and try to avoid finding pleasure with adult entertainment.

As far as PE, I believe your brain will train itself to recognize PE as exercise and not as preparation for reproduction. I had the same problem some 20+ years ago when I started PE. Back in those days I used to hang erected because of the same reason.

And yeah I've actually been feeling pretty good the last few days too ironically. Switched to a very healthy diet and my boners are literally 110% every single time I'm erect, it's so cool haha

That is AWESOME man. Sexual health is a VERY good indicator of overall health, since reproduction is our basic duty in our existence. Our sole purpose of existence in this planet is to procreate. Everything else comes after, and was pretty much invented by us. Business, work, school, cities, countries, congress, etc you name it. But in our raw state, we are here to fuck as much as we can and procreate as many as we can and let natural selection allow the strongest and fittest to move forward with the gene pool.

So as long as your buddy is working flawlessly, you are suitable to populate the earth.

Your mind seems to be the problem. Why did you decide to make masturbation a part and crucial requirement to help you with PE? You don't need to masturbate at all. Control your mind brother.
