With something like that you'd probably get more thorough, medical info from a Google search. Actual studies and maybe even a doctor or two. Hell, go ask a pharmacist.
 
but then again.. i never had a cold sore though that's the thing.. i did some thorough blood tests and they said i came positive with this herpes 1 virus.. but like 70% of people got it though.
