I Followed This PE Routine for 5 Months… And Got These Shocking Results

I stood in my bathroom, tape measure in hand, heart pounding in my chest. It had been five months since I started my penis enlargement (PE) journey, and this was the moment of truth. Would I see real gains, or was it all just another internet scam?

I took a deep breath, measured, and then blinked. Measured again.

Was this real?

I had gained nearly half an inch in length since I started. I felt a rush of excitement and disbelief. This was actually working!

This is my real, verified 5-month PE progress story. If you’ve ever wondered whether manual exercises, pumping, and supplements can lead to real results, I’m here to give you the truth.

How It All Began: The Start of My PE Journey

I started PE in early October, after years of feeling self-conscious about my size. While I wasn’t "small," I always wanted to be bigger. I had read about manual exercises, pumping, and supplements, and after seeing countless success stories, I decided to give it a shot.
I committed to a routine:
  • 10 minutes of manual exercises daily
  • 30-45 minutes in the pump (broken into 15-minute sets)
  • 7-11 InHg pressure for pumping
  • Hard clamping for short periods
  • Rest days: 2 days off per week
  • Added Tadalafil (5mg daily) in February
At first, I wasn’t sure if it would work. But as the months passed, something incredible happened…

The First Signs of Growth: My Progress Over 5 Months

📅 October (Starting Measurement)
  • BPEL (Bone-Pressed Erect Length): 7.75 inches
  • EG (Erect Girth): Unchanged
📅 January (3-Month Mark)
  • BPEL: 8.06 inches (+ 0.31 inches)
  • EG: Still no noticeable change
📅 March (5-Month Mark)
  • BPEL: 8.19 inches (+ 0.44 inches total gain)
  • EG: No consistent girth gains yet
Even though I wasn’t seeing major girth changes, my length gains were undeniable. I was gaining nearly half an inch in less than half a year, which was far better than I expected.

What Helped the Most? Lessons I Learned Along the Way
  1. Consistency is Everything – If you’re not dedicated, you won’t see results. Sticking to the routine is what made all the difference.
  2. Pumping Was the Game-Changer – While manuals helped, I believe pumping was the biggest reason for my length gains.
  3. Tadalafil (Cialis) Boosted My Results – Adding 5mg of Tadalafil daily in February seemed to improve my blood flow, which might have contributed to better expansion and recovery.
  4. Girth Gains Are Harder to Achieve – Despite my best efforts, my girth remained pretty much the same. However, I suspect that with better measuring techniques, I might see improvements.

Welcome to the brotherhood! Your gains are what many gain in their first 6 months. I pray you remain consistent and gain as much as possible until you reach a plateau. At that point switch to SRT. This is the best way forward.
 
I am so curious why hard clamping and so much pumping didn't contribute to girth gains.

It's not that you didn't gain brother. It's your body trying to fight back any exponential gains that it's not accustomed to. I think I can validate this if we dig far back enough into your past if you desire to figure things out at biological level. Let me know.

Ah. Same with our brothers with the hard gain issues. If they are willing, we can sit down, and evaluate the genetic level since birth to decipher what has happened. Everything starts at the root, and the root can be changed with external influences.

What I have found so far and why did 5x5x3 helped me with gains.
A. I never had 100% erection
5x5x3 little by little, slowly made my erections ... better / girthier.
B. When 5x5x3 fixed erections, that was when I started having soreness (working on erect body). Before having 100% erections, I never felt anything at all, which proves at least for me that erection quality for PE does matter - at least on my side.
C. After I had 100% erections, I had big expansions.
D. Because my skin is so strange, I always had edema. Always. So I found a way of not having edema no matter what the workout. Pycnogenol + Gotu Kola + Agmatine, 1 hour before workout.
E. After fixing edema + erections, I did 5x5x3 for 4 months, saw no gains, stopped frustrated. Didn't look my penis for days... maybe more than a month. Then one day I measured (after 2 or 3 months) and I was +0.5' inches in girth.
Story of my life.

The 5x5x3 is the most powerful way to gaining girth. I always started it at 100 erect and as I got further I was close to 90% for rest of session. Working erect is important but if you can't hold that erection work as close to 90% would still bring expansion. I am so grateful to hg at you did not quit. i am also impressed with the gain you saw. I think you have a solid plan going forward.
