I am new to this. I just bought hydromax7 but when I pump slow I do not get erection in pump. What do I need to do? Go in erect??

You can enter in slow or you can enter in fast. You can enter in flaccid or erected. However, while under vacuum pressure, you must become erected. Fully erected. If you're not fully erected, the vacuum pressure will not help. If you're using for ED, that's a different story. You still are required to get semi erected or to the best that you can. For ED, it helps to restore blood flow.
