Progress thread How to keep from losing gains when your schedule is inconsistent?

I'm currently stepping up my weight training game, and figuring out what's a sustainable level before integrating SRT into it. I'm gonna try to do a weight training and SRT blend here. After eating, I'll do my bundled stretches, then do my weight training, then do pumping. From what I've been reading up on here in the forums, constant repetition should make it easier to deal with problems with getting hard or getting strapped into my ADS.
My work schedule, however, is inconsistent, and some days I cannot train.
My question is this...How do I ensure I don't lose gains when I have to take one or more days off?
Maybe a placeholder exercise real quick? Or just try and group all of my session days closer? Or perhaps just the next best time whenever? I'm just afraid of the nonlinearity interfering with my ability to make progress, and would rather not waste time if it's better spent waiting until we're in a better place to start work on getting to the golden ratio. Any thoughts?

Do what you can, put a maintenance program in place for the weeks you can't make time. That's why the LengthMaster 2.0 and SRT 5X5X3 is so powerful. They are really time efficient ways to gain size.

In that case you can use the newbie routine but instead of doing 3 of each do 1. You can bundle every stretch

Remember to always wrap the penis. Even if you can only train heavily for only 4 times in a week, throw in some light manual stretches on those off days. Do lots of kegel as well.

Get yourself a 🖼️ broomstick, you can stretch really hard with that. Just sand it down and paint it smoothly.
 
Oh, I am sure I can use my Escrima stick for the same thing. (Maybe use a different one than the one I use for stickfighting so as not to enchant my stick with the power of sexual assault) But what kinds of exercises were you suggesting?

I'm trying to blend SRT into my regular fitness routine, not only to save time but to compound the exercises. With weight training you don't have to worry about losing gains if you have to take a break but I'm just afraid of losing size gains if something awful happens and I can't train for a while.

What I do these days is, I eat a big bowl of bean chili, then go at the vape for a session (helps get into the swing of things and helps my food digest) and then I train. So I'm thinking maybe I can get in length exercises before training, use kegels to pad out the hard exercises, MAYBE wear my ADS, then do 5x5x3 with my MityVac afterwards. Only when I started doing Full Body 3 times a week did I start noticing real gains. I understand SRT needs to be done pretty much daily to be effective. These questions are mainly about preservation of gains on bad no-training days.

Another thing is I'm gonna need to get comfortable doing this in front of my wife. Like she's fine with it and everything, even looking forward to the gains. But y'know what, we live in a very tiny space and I just have to get over it. Just, when it comes to weight-training I just need to will myself to do it and not care that she's in the room and I'm over that now. But SRT requires erections which can be rough under stress (and there's a lot of stress). And I could probably do these exercises in front of her though watching adult entertainment on the big TV might be where I draw the line. I think if I just keep doing it to where it's second nature I don't think I'll have to worry as much. I've used the pressure of the MityVac to build an erection before.

LOL it is a martial art sport. It's REALLY fun! We learn the ancient art of Filipino stickfighting. In the hands of a master, a mere stick makes you unstoppable! Filipinos often make their training dummies out of old tires. Escrima is considered a full contact sport - when we spar, we put on heavy suits of armor and just wail on each other. It's great! Of all the martial arts studios out there, I'd recommend Escrima as a definite winner choice.

Anyways, I'll give those broomstick routines a try. Much appreciated!

You’ll get this all done brother, just gotta make a habit and a routine out of it and it’ll become second nature.

Escrima sounds exciting, saw a show once on Discovery Channel where two guys traveled around the world to try and find the ultimate martial art. Have done MMA, kickboxing, Krav-Maga and tae-kwondo so I LOVE me some good sparring sessions. Sounds exciting having to stick fight and it looked quite insane, yet controlled on the show I watched.
