How to join MOS members group?

Hi,

Just wondering if there is something wrong with the system or if perhaps the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] staff are on holiday?

I paid for a membership to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] over 30 hours ago but have not received welcome mail....

Just wanting to make sure my order isn't lost. Keen to get inside!!
