How to Get Rid of Liking Sugar?

I stopped eating foods that hold no nutrient value except on cheat day(s) ( usually the weekend ), but on the weekdays I drink a lot of tea. I'm not talking about regular tea you cook-up on the stove-top. I'm talking about sugar like sweet-tea, or sugar from granola/protein bar. What should I do to get rid of my sugar-addiction? What's a good alternative?

If you force yourself to reduce your sugar intake for 3 weeks, your new intake will become your norm. You have to work hard for about 3 weeks, but once its over, you will naturally want to eat less sugar. The 3 week investment is worth a life time of better health!
