I stopped eating foods that hold no nutrient value except on cheat day(s) ( usually the weekend ), but on the weekdays I drink a lot of tea. I'm not talking about regular tea you cook-up on the stove-top. I'm talking about sugar like sweet-tea, or sugar from granola/protein bar. What should I do to get rid of my sugar-addiction? What's a good alternative?
