How short to cut?

I just received my sleeves. I ordered two, based on the sizing explanations. I measured my flaccid girth at 4” and it said if you’re 4” girth or less then order the smaller one, and 4” girth or more then order the bigger one. So I ordered both, anticipating an issue with at least one. I’m also very short: 3.25” long while erect, and severely buried inside when flaccid. It seems like the smaller one is too tight, affecting circulation. The bigger one feels better, but even after cutting about an inch and a half off I still skipped right out of it after I became flaccid. The smaller one seems to be holding for the moment, but I definitely think it’s too tight. So, given my length, does anyone have any advice how short I should cut the sleeves? Thank you!

It sounds like you cut it right? You just need to get used to the feeling of it being on.

I actually cut it already, and the larger (girth) one is still not keeping me from turtling…as soon as I get flaccid I just shrink right out of it. But the smaller (girth) one is too tight and is cutting off the circulation.

Prestretch it over something with larger girth and it will stretch for you. Maybe for an hour

This trick will work, had to do the same thing and many others have had to do the same.
