I have gained about an inch in both. Less in girth and more in length has anyone else experieced this?

He probably means that he has gained a combined inch in girth and length although it really doesn't make sense the way it is worded. The second sentence is very confusing. A lot of people have gained an inch in length and an inch in girth over time.
