Hello. I've been working out on my own for about a month now.
I do 5 minutes of stretching and 15 minutes of jelqing, making it a total of 20 minutes. I follow this routine every other day, which adds up to 15 days in a month.
Currently, I can’t afford the devices recommended on this site, so I plan to continue like this. Do you think I can make progress just by doing these exercises? For example, how many centimeters can I gain in 6 months with just this 20-minute routine?
Not: I usually use AI to translate into English because I don't know English myself.
