How do I know that I am doing enough as far as girth is concerned? I was told that for length it is roughly 1 mm every three weeks (but Im not sure about this number) but what about girth? What if I measure after 4 weeks fo girth and I am still the same girth as when I started? Should I just keep doing what I do and be more patient or should I change something (add more ... or decrease volume/intensity/frequency.....also how to know if to add or decrease work)?
