Hi, I'm just getting started in penis enlargement. Im currently using the penimaster device where I stretch the penis. One question I'm wondering is how often should I be wearing it when starting out as I'm worried about doing too much too soon and damaging my penis. Is 3 hours a day enough? Would doing more potentially damage my penis?

4 to 6 hours is fine.

So important. During the day you should always use a penis elongation wrap, ADS or sleeve. I never put my pants on without my penis elongation wrap == Forbidden. Never allow you penis to turtle/shrink during the day is a good rule.

I take a nap during the day. I remove the bandage at that time and wrap the penis when I wake up.

Don't do PE when you sleep, you want to be awake and conscious so you don't damage your dick.

You can do it any way you like. Just make sure you get it done daily.

I do the first 8 mins at 9hg, second at 10hg and the last a little bit over 11hg. It took me 4 months to get here.

You need to do erected stretches in combination, in order for your flaccid length (BPFSL) to match up with your erection length (BPEL).

Have you read SRT?

Flaccid stretching is what will bring erect and flaccid length gains. Erect stretching will help with bringing you bone press flaccid stretch length to same size with your bone press erect length.

Do both. 10 mins of erect stretches is ideal daily.

The best way to train in PE is to avoid looking out for quick gains. Some people have gained 2 inches within a 6 months period.

Some gain 1 inch in 6 months. Other can make that same 1 inch gain in 4 months. We all gain differently.

If you ask me, you will start seeing erect gains after 90 days of daily training. You can choose to train daily, you can train 5 or 6 days a week.

That’s really good to know as I swear I’m already seeing flaccid gains, finally.

All I know is I hang a bit lower and fuller all day and until the next day after incorporating a heavy stretching routine and of course the squash jelqs.
