how many calories on average are burned using jogging as HIIT

ive recently started high intensity interval training...i mix it up either by using the gravity walker or the jog sprint method...the question is when using the jog sprint method

5 minute jogging (warm-up) followed by 15 minutes of 30 seconds slow jog 30 seconds sprint

how many calories am i burning on average
